Downtown Trini's and Margarita Joe’s

Got on the Wall of Fame. You have to eat 13 tacos and I ate 15. Tacos are bigger than Taco Bell and therefore generous. Still $0.89/ea! I walked out paying less than $20! Service was good. I waited 20 minutes on a Thursday. It is busy for a reason, though. I'd go back!

Stopped in for the first time to grab lunch.
Chips and salsa to start was great, ask for the hot salsa as well.
The service was great and the kids and I enjoyed our food.
I have to recommend the chimi burrito msde "Benny style" it was very good.
Next time we are in sparta we will be back.

The "Big & nasty" is Gigantic. They are a Mexican restaurant but the burgers and waffle fries were the best. Our waitress was absolutely amazing she was very attentive and quick. The atmosphere was also very nice and clean.

Service was great very friendly. The food tasted good. I always have a great time there.

Such a great place (for kids too) and very accommodating. We had a large group and they really went out of their way with customer service...and the food was excellent!

LOVE this restaurant!! Food and margaritas are delicious, service is top-notch! Only (slight) negative is sometimes it can be very loud and hard to hold a conversation. But I guess that shows a lot of people love Trini's too!

Very good “Tex Mex” and friendly staff. Ive eaten here several times and haven’t been disappointed with food or staff. The salsa is made onsite, I really like their hot salsa. They are also fairly flexible on menu changes. I love authentic Mexican food which this not but it is very good and reasonably priced realizing it is Tex Mex (which they describe it as also). The decor is festive and fun and along with the music it can take your mind off of a dreary winter day:) It’s a great option for Sparta.

Although I always wish they still had fresh hot chips the food was great. Service top notch and atmosphere inviting.

Trini's is a perfect example of a "hidden gem" within a small town. This is an excellent family-run restaurant with some of the best Mexican dishes I've had anywhere.

The atmosphere is festive - dress code is casual, although I have seen some dressed up from other more formal affairs. There are mounted televisions, usually tuned to sports channels, although one monitor is set on Michigan Keno in the bar area.

The menu items will please both traditional and vegetarian palettes. The portions are well-sized, big enough to share for who have sized appetites.

The soups are especially delicious - Always made fresh. Their chips and salsa are made fresh as well.

There are week-day specials, well worth checking before you go. I recommend half-price Margarita Wednesdays - a real winner.

Heather and Justin recommended. And man, did it slap. Crispy light taco shells are best i ever had. Ground beef was ok. Everything else is fantastic

The burritos there were amazing and the Miami Vice made with Malibu was an awesome drink

The staff had an emergency leaving them short which made ticket times longer. Even with this the service was phenomenal! Our waitress ran laps around there and made sure all of her tables were well taken care of. The fajita and daiquiri were the best I've had in a long time and I can't wait to go back for more!

Trinis is ALWAYS a grand choice! The food is never disappointing. The service is quick and friendly. The drinks, OH the drinks, they're good! This is one place you will regret not trying.

Such a wonderful place! It was my 1st time there and it exceeded my expectations. My daughter even got all you can eat fish on Tuesday and said it was amazing! My fiancé and I both got Mexican food and it was so good. On top of that, the waitstaff was topnotch!! Everyone was on the ball and they were super busy. 2 large tables before us so our food came out piping hot! Thanks, Joanna for being such a great server!
