By far the best Walmart I have ever set foot in this Walmart has products and local round styles I've never seen anywhere and any Walmart in Connecticut.

Everything is always on sale all the time at Walmart and Warwick p Rhode Island be there be square the only thing I don't have is my favorite Asian Tokyo massage parlor located on the corner built into the bathroom in the back corner of the East parking lot but hey we can't have it all can we?

I actually really enjoy this walmart because it is never packed and I tend to find what I need. I do not visit very often but when I do its great.

I used the pharmacy which was courteous and efficient as always. Looked in the women's shoes dept which seemed greatly reduced from past shopping...

Very clean and neat. Found what we were looking for quickly. Sales people on the floor. I would recommend this store.

Want the best deals this is where they are. Great customer service.

The space at this Walmart is very deceiving!. From the parking lot, there is a small entrance in the corner smushed between other stores. you could literally miss it. but go in and it expands 100x. good merch and friendly staff.

Was able to pick up my order without any issues

Though there are people who do not like huge retailers like Walmart, I am not one of them. Though I do support small business. Walmart's prices for similar
products sold In other retail stores are less expensive, providing value for most people. They sell a wide variety of products which I find convenient. I find that the employees are generally friendly.
The environment is clean and their return policy is very reasonable. So my experience with Walmart is generally excellent.

I drove out here to Old Saybrook from the Norwich/Groton area - everything there is always out-of-stock for the Better Homes & Gardens products. In particular, I went to three different Wal-Marts to find the "cream" colored, 13" Fabric Storage Bins and the Norwich, Groton, & Waterford Wal-Marts didn't have any (see below picture). It took me having to drive out to this cute Wal-Mart in Old Saybrook to find what I need. The store is clean and the employees were nice to me. There's this hard working gentleman pushing carts, but I don't know his name; I noticed he was very hard working - give him a raise guys! Anyway, thanks for the great experience there; I like that cute plaza ~ it has an 70s/80s Iconic Nostalgia to it and it's quite refreshing 😁👍.

Classic Walmart, has a wide assortment of categories and items. Typically easy to find what you came for, and not feel like a major up charge on anything particular. Clean and well staffed.

Walmart at old saybrook is a very big store for daily used items like Eatables, Clothing, Kitchen Aid, Cosmetics, Games, Cycles,Electronics, Medicine, Plants for gardening also available.
Vegetables is not available there.
In-store and online services.
Pharmacy for consulting medication .
Entry gate both sides of the store.
Good Customer service if you have any problem with item go there and change or money back.
Cash or digital payment both acceptable.
Self checkout is available to save your time.
Carry your own bag for your convenience.
Huge area for parking, wheelchair accessible parking there.
Public Restroom is available there.

I received great customer service throughout the store. This is not my local Walmart and I was having a hard time finding things. One associate helped me find several items in different areas of the store. Another associate helped me find the entrance I originally came through. The associate at check out was also very helpful. Thank you.

Well it's a Walmart, needed things that are always cheaper at Walmart like antifreeze and windshield washer fluid... I must say it's bigger than I thought, if you enter it from Route 1, it looks small, it's huge and the main entrance is in the back of the store. I live in Old Saybrook now, so giving up the Waterford store.. OS store is clean and well organized

Definitely prefer Walmart Super Center VS the traditional stores.

Update: Customer Service is exceptionally good here. I was all over looking for something and an associate was busy she stopped what she was doing to walk me over to where what I was looking for was. Really impressed with how friendly and helpful she was. Thank you for making my shopping experience a good one!

Really nice store. Very clean and tidy

Just left the self checkout station. The fastest time through there that I can remember. We were 7 deep waiting to enter. In no time I was at a register. This was solely because of the pride and honest work effort of an employee named Nihkil. He flew to the registers to clean them and when there was a problem he was right there to resolve it. His actions give me hope for the younger generation coming up in the World. Take notice of this employee Walmart! Hard work should be rewarded. Maybe he could be fast tracked to Management. Or at least be recognized by the store.

Love this Walmart!!! A smaller footprint - not a Super Center, which is what I find great about this location. I still prefer shopping for food and groceries in a grocery store. I know I am in the minority - forgive me. Aisles are clear, department adjacencies are sensible, product choices plentiful and not overwhelming. Pleasant and knowledgeable staff.
