Five Below

I have been in many 5belows and this was by far the cleanest and best organized store I have ever seen. Everything was in its place. Floors were spotless. Staff was courteous. I would never write a review about such a ubiquitous place usually but this place was surprisingly good.

Because many of these reviews seem to be the same group of kids upset that they were asked not to bring in backpacks or someone giving one star because they don't carry a whole video game system.

The store is clean, I rarely find items out of place. I'm greeted the moment I walk in and asked if I need any help. They don't always have what I'm looking for, but that means it's an excuse to go back. My only issue is they open at 10.

I don’t know what these other people are talking about but I love this store. They have everything you need from school supplies to gag toys and they’re all affordable. The employees are also kind and greet you when you enter the store. They also have snacks like Pocky that you can’t get around here. Don’t listen to these other reviews!

Neat, organized, very friendly and helpful staff. I went in several times around the holidays and was happy with my experience each time.

The worker was so nice I wasn't there all that long before he came over said hi asked how I was and wanted to know if I needed help

Very rude staff, I just wanted to ask a quick question as it was my daughters birthday and I needed to know where to get balloons blown up at since they were about to leave for the night and they didn’t even have to decency to answer me. They tried shooing me away as if I was some stray because they thought I was trying to give them more work to do … as if they already have a hard job stocking shelves and ringing people out. Mouthing “were closed go away” over and over again isn’t how you treat people and it isn’t a good look for business. Seriously I didn’t even have my phone on me and if it were even more of an emergency situation they would have stood back to watch you burn. Geeze how rude can a person be. Terrible customer service. Talking through the door to help a girl isn’t a requirement but neither is being a kind person and yet it gets you far in life; so please try it out sometime. .. no scratch that. Try it out EVERYTIME.
