I just used online pick up orders for
The first time absolutely perfect it was flawless. I clicked the link to say I was on my way I pulled in made the quick call my order was out to me in under 10 min could not be happier this store was amazing. I called the store manager Paul to tell him how pleased I was and not contacting corporate. For sure my go to for my order. Everything was exactly what I ordered also. 5* all the way.

Must be an 'A' store. Very large and Very clean. Staff were helpful and the baked goods, and vegetables were fresh. V. Good experience.

I like thi Clinton stop and shop better alot more positive people serve you. Even though prices are insane.

What can I say hmmm, well it's a grocery's 🏪 and every where I looked all was up to date, 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and more AWSOME people, respectful employees and friendly customer's and clean bathroom 🚽 sink 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ in bathroom, as I can say AWSOME and if you're ever planning to go on a vacation saybrook beach ⛱🏖 is a place to be, plus beach, and private ⛱🏖 area friendly people's and friendly everywhere you look, stand, talk too AWSOME 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and more 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟⭐⭐🌟🌟⭐⭐🌟🌟⭐⭐🌟🌟🌟⭐🌟⭐ seriously it's a AWSOME PLACE........ Average Stop-n-Shop. Pricing seemed a bit high. Store was clean.

Colchester Store is "back to normal" after the renovations and upgrades. Some slight shifts in product categories by aisle, but easy to navigate. Very pleased with the selective additions of specialty items. The department mangers are always available to assist and are open to listen, taking suggestions under consideration. Also, nice to see a number of the long time associates employed as well as some newer members to the staff.

The two staff members I spoke with we're extremely nice, super polite, and very helpful. The one gentleman stopped what he was doing to ask if I needed help and quickly showed me where the items I needed were. The woman working at the podeium near self checkout was nice enough to offer to help pick up some items I had dropped even though it wasn't necessary for her to do so. She helped me fix an issue with the register (I made) upon checking out and was really nice about it. Being a person with pretty bad anxiety and normally have my service dog with me (which this time she was not) this was one of the best shopping experiences I've had in a while.

Gail in customer service is an asset to the company. Whenever having to interact with her in any situation, returns, purchase, lottery, she is friendly, fast, and patient. Mikey and the others who run self-scan are wonderful. Annie and all the other cashiers are very professional and friendly. The baggers are always helpful and engaging. The lot staff are some of the hardest working guys I've ever seen. The large bottle room makes it convenient for deposit return. All departments are helpful, deli, grocery, bakery, produce.

I have been shopping here for about 30 years I am very satisfied with their offerings Years ago their prices were higher than Wal-Mart but now the difference has shrunk In my view their produce meats and grocery goods are of better quality They upgraded their facade to make it look more modern .

Lately, I have had such a bad experience from the seafood department because of one woman who seem to be in a mission to have every visit I have to be as intolerable as she can make it. Multiple conversations with store/ seafood manager has not resolved this unpleasant woman attitude. Today, all I want is a piece of salmon! I can't even!!! After seeing her behind the counter and seeing her attitude towards the customer ahead of me.
OMG get her out of there already!!

I'm a Truck driver and I was making a special delivery here , I went in to pickup a few items for my truck and this place was very well organized and super easy to find what I was looking for, and they had a very wonderful and helpful staff !
It's a wonderful Grocery store.

Best workers,very clean. Everyone that works there is super wonderful, very nice, experience , and help ! The food is always fresh easy to find and there's always wonderful sales going on. I would definitely give my experience five stars!

It's great when an out what I needed get taken care of everybody was happy place was clean well stocked I've never had a problem with any Stop & Shop I better I normally frequent the Clinton and Saybrook and Middletown when I'm at doctor's appointments as I said everything is always great never had a problem

Fast local shopping. Good deals if you have a stop and shop card. Also check online coupons and deals on website. Store recently remodeled so most items have changed location.

Cynthia, the florist helped me put together the most beautiful bouquet of roses for my girlfriend.

Delicious cupcakes and Friendlys ice cream cake!!

Excellent grocery store. People there are reasonably friendly and the food is fresh.
