Nike Factory Store

I had a wonderful experience today at the Nike outlet store. I brought my daughter their to get a few pairs of shoes for back to school. She found a awesome pair of Retro Jordan's that she loved but there was only one shoe in the box and it was the last only one in her size. She was so upset because she really wanted that shoe and just as we were giving up hope, the nice gentleman Corey 😇that works at the store, step it and solved the problem. He took the mismatch shoe, went in the back and found the last pair of Retro's in my daughter's size. Her face lit up, and it really make her day. She lost her grandmother a week ago and the fact that he went above and beyond to find that pair of shoes for her was absolutely amazing and the professionalism that he demonstrated in making sure that both pair were the same size, and he removed the box of Retro Jordan's that were mismatch sized in the box. I just wanted to thank Corey for being a excellent customer service representative and taking the time (while in a very busy store) to give my daughter and I a memorable experience today.

Today, my son and I got helped by Ana. She was very nice and helpful. My son was not sure about what type of shoes he really wanted, and she said, "Hold on, I'll be right back, and she returns with 3 different styles for him to choose. Thank you so much, Ana.

brown haired boy helped me and was excellent. he helped me find the most comfortable shoe and was extremely patient with me because i tried on so many. he wanted to make sure i got the absolute best pair of shoes then he got me to buy a whole new fit (leggings and shirt) thank you so much. it was super busy and he made me feel very important

My favorite shoe store and my first visit there been to several in the San Diego area.. Im always impressed with the vast selection of shoes, quality and good discounts. Services are great. Love shopping for running shoes and will be making a return trip to purchase another pair.

I love coming here! Literally I have all the fun even if I don’t find anything. The staff is great and I enjoyed seeing everyone again. There are two guys there that every time I go I see them always working and in great spirits. They always go above and beyond in regards to customer service. The store is always clean and put together and you can find what you are looking for. If you call to locate something they will go and check for it and hold it for if possible. They are just a great store with a great staff. After everything this past year it’s great to see them and the whole store in general pushing through!

Great store., very helpful associates, I try to go during the weekday due to a long line at entry. I went on my birthday to get a few holiday presents and my Nike coupons was .05 cents short ($95.95) to get my discount. The manager came and override the nickel (Lol!). Great place to shop.

excellent store to find new and high quality clothes, shoes, pants, shirts, caps, there is also an area where you can find great discounts on shoe items that have small defects or simply the box where these clothes come but the shoes are in perfect condition I recommend searching well since it is possible to find excellent buying opportunities

A great place to shop there's many stores to chose from with reasonable prices .In the Fall and Winter they are opened at least till 8:00pm.

For it to be an outlet the prices was the same as other Nike store's.i travel 1 hour and 10 minutes to get good deals and no luck for that I would of buy them at my town 🤦🏽‍♂

Nike factory store located in the Clinton outlets in Clinton, Connecticut found a pair of new Nikes at a decent price. The store was clean and neat. People were very helpful
