Service was great, prices are good. Parking is easy.

2 floors of sporting goods and more. They have an elevator if you have a stroller or wheel chair . After a long day of shopping next door is the food court.

Great Customer Service. Mason, Shoe Department, was great. Mason was very patient and assisted me with finding the right shoes. I bought the two pairs of shoes in which another employee told me they did not have in my size.

Great store with a good variety of selections to pick and choose from. the staff is also very nice and usually very knowledgeable with the exception of not everyone can know every sport their is perfectly. overall i would have to say and recommend that anyone looking for sports equipment, camping equipment or even just some nice brands of clothing from North Face to Vans. Prices are good and they always have a Clearance rack or two. Three Thumbs up over here keep up the good work Employees of the Pleasant Hill CA location.

Great place to find your favorite sports gadgets.

This store is huge. It has 2 floors filled from top to bottom with everything you can think of. Friendly customer service. However, don't expect it to be a quick visit. It's a big store and sometimes it takes a while for even the employees to find what your looking for. Otherwise, I have no complaints. They usually have whatever I'm looking for in stock or they order it online and have it shipped for me. I would definitely recommend this location.

Nice place with everything that you would need to go camping or play sports with your friends. They have all of the newest things in the store. All of the basketball, soccer, and any other sports that we common. They have nice customer service and they are always very nice. The store is very big and they are usually very tolerant of you using the equipment to some extent. The place is a nice place to buy your son a pair of basketball shorts.

I was having a really difficult time finding a pair of cleats. I had called in multiple times days in a row and no luck.The call continued to be transferred back to the main line because no one is the shoe department was picking up. I called in today and explained my situation to Donnie and he made sure he got me connected with the correct department before disconnecting the call. I really appreciate your customer service. I was able to get the item put on hold for pick up.Thank you so much!

EJ, one of the store team lead, was very helpful today. He explained and solved the issue I had experience during my visit. He has an excellent customer service and really appreciate it for a job well done!

Eh times are different.

Back in my day we were annoying with the customer service these days it seems nobody is trying to engage you. Probably mostly covid who knows.

I did find several mis priced items one on a top shelf Asic shoe.

There was no snow set. Its October. They and a few snow pants and jackets real plain, real generic.

But everything else made me feel really nice inside, almost stepping into a time machine from 15 years ago.

Frankly they don't have any competition since the death of sports authority/sportmart, short of Amazon and a few boutique stores that crop up time to time.

Clean, I kinda got like half of what I went there for, when I did interact with associates it was a positive experience.

Is what it is I guess.

Huge selection. All of the possible gear for all possible sports. Such a pity the store is not busy. Though, for a couple of items I could not find my size (L). Ended up ordering online, but seeing the item in store did help and made me buy. If the item is not available in store they will order it for you online with free shipping.

It’s very overwhelming to shop here. Very friendly and helpful staffs. The place is clean and well organized.

This place has a large selection. Their facility is clean. The staff is all nice and helpful. There's even a batting cage inside the baseball area.

Shout out to Jimmy for helping me in the cycling department. Very knowledgeable and friendly, answered all my questions without trying to rush me. I tip my cap (mtb helmet) at you sir. Ride on!

Went to buy a pair of cycling shoes had a bad experience with some young/early career employees as they informed me I could only buy them online. Went home to purchase the shoes only to find out I can buy them in the store and they are in stock. I called and spoke to the manager,Sean. He pulled the shoes I wanted and took care of the situation with class and turned a bad situation around 100%. Thank you

If you need any Fishing/ Hunting stuff you must go to Fred he is one of the nicest employees I have every met at a sporting goods store he was extremely helpful as well! He helped me find a great fishing rod at an affordable price!

Came in on Black Friday. Dell in the bike section was amazing! After patiently dealing with like 4 families (one of which with screaming out of control children running around) he helped us find a bike. I am tiny and needed and XS. Couldn't have found it without him.

This place has some really good sales. The normal prices are ok, and they have a better selection than most local sporting goods stores. The store is a tremendous asset to the community as well as they support most of the youth leagues.

Staff are friendly and helpful! They don't have the item I need in stock, but they can order for me and waive the shipping.
