AT&T Store

Lee is awesome. He helped me about 10 months ago and when I went in yesterday I was super happy he was there and helped me again!!! He went above and beyond. I went to replace my phone and I left with the brand new iPhone and got an Apple Watch for my grandma and myself too!!! Very happy with his service!

Jeff was absolutely amazing. I’ve had a problem with my yahoo password.. even calling Att. And they couldn’t fix it. But Jeff at the Att store solved my problem in minutes. He’s a superstar

Shoutout to Mason for making my experience at ATNT a very enjoyable and informative experience. I checked to see what the closest ATNT was that carried the phone make/model I was looking for. I usually go to the Vacaville location since I live close by but since they didn’t have the phone I wanted, I ended up going to Pleasant Hill. *I recommend making an appointment online versus walk-in. I was seen right away without any wait time. I’m pretty wary of salespeople, particularly car/auto salesmen and electronics. You don’t know what you don’t know, and because of that, I was not thrilled with the idea of having to meet with someone who will try and sell me something that I don’t want. Still recommend doing your due diligence and looking up ahead of time the kind of phone you want, price range, how long the updates will be supported, how much storage you want, and if the store has it in stock. I can easily say this was the best experience I’ve ever had with ATNT and I’ve been with them for over 10 years. Mason is an extremely hard worker and doesn’t taper off on quality as the day passes. If you are wanting to speak with a good, honest, professional person who will help you get exactly what you want without any pressure or add-on conversations, this is your guy.

I went in today and was nervous that upgrading my phone would take a while given that it’s a Saturday, but I was checked in right away and seen within 5 minutes after that. Albert helped me today and he was truly the best. Super friendly, helpful and made this upgrade easy and stress free, and most importantly, super quick! I would 10/10 recommend Albert to anyone. He’s very knowledgeable and can go into as much or as little detail as you want with your best interest in mind. I left with a great deal, even better than I had prior to coming in today. Eva was training with Albert and she was also very friendly and attentive.

Daniel the store manager is doing a wonderful job making that team very helpful with the customers I highly recommend going there to see all of the team he has working there.

Albert was super helpful and friendly! He helped get me the best discount possible, explained everything and was super transparent. My internet is now going to be way faster and I got my new phone. His trainee Eva was super friendly as well and it was refreshing to have such good customer service from both of them. I would definitely come back here again!

I had a pleasant visit with William. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I haven’t had great experiences at other stores, so I’m glad I had such a pleasant interaction. I will definitely be coming back to this store. William was super helpful with helping my family and I upgrade our lines. He was very informative and for every problem we had he had a solution. I’ve been to multiple AT&T locations and by far he’s given us the best service. 10 stars!!

David Escalante exceeded expectations. I had tried to accomplish a task at several branches without success but David listened attentively, asked pertinent questions , and presented me with detailed options without attempting to hard sell me something I didn’t want or need. He explained all and helped me select the best for my needs. He was polite, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Thank you. Andrea was quick to greet us and was very knowledgeable. She quickly attended to our needs which was an upgrade for my wife. We were in and out within 15 minutes. She was fantastic.

I made an appt, but was ahead of schedule. I expected to have to wait, but Nayelle stepped up to greet me and handled my needs (installing my broken screen protector, and handing my purchase of 3 lightening cables). As an AT&T retiree, sometimes the encounter is a tougher review; it just is because I still want to see the company I spent 40 years at STILL provide excellent customer service and this store consistently hires/employs stellar professionals time and again, which keeps me coming back!

Daniel is the best! He gives me great customer service! I always request him whenever possible. He recently helped me purchase a pair of Air Pros! And as usual, his customer service was over the top! Hope this store knows just how lucky they are to have Daniel there!

Daniel at the Pleasant Hill store on Monument provided my services, and he went out of his way to help me make all the necessary transitions: turning in my mom's broken phone and transferring her information to a different phone, as well as helping me buy a new phone. This was done over several days and he was there to help me through each step. I really appreciated his detailed and kind help!!

I went to store in Pleasant Hill at lunchtime thinking I would have a long wait. The store was full of customers, but I had no wait at all as Albert, the customer service person, had just finished with a customer. He was very helpful with my request and questions. I felt that together we arrived at the best deal of many possible after hearing my needs. I have used this location in the past and have been happy with my experiences as well as with AT&T.

Staff assured me they would be with me shortly as they had a clear queue visible for me to see my place in line. Helpful, insightful and knowledgeable of product lines and recommendations.
