Great place to visit if you're looking for more than just books 📚

Always a pleasure to go in and check everything out and buy a couple of books 📚 ✨ 😀, very nice store! I went in tonight looking for a new book release and couldn't find it so I asked the person at the register and she and another employee literally looked for 15 minutes and found it for me. This is old fashioned customer service that is rarely found anymore, keep up the excellent work and thank you very much!! Still great customer service and a very pleasant experience. I think it's probably my favorite store!!

I love B&N, it's always bright and clean and offers an excellent array of books. I'm actually not an avid reader, but I feel very motivated to become one when I'm in there. I love the variety of subjects from fiction to facts that seemingly want to be read. They always have great sales and I can poke around to my hearts content. Hopefully someday my life will slow down and afford me the time to sit and read!

I forgot how much I enjoyed looking for a new book to read. It was my first time back in a Barnes & Noble in a long time. It's your standard store with a wide variety of genres, authors, and reading levels. There is also a nice coffee place inside. If you're reading this, consider it a sign to read another book. I haven't read for pleasure in a while, and have been loving the new book.

Absolutely love this store. Staff is friendly and helpful. Store is clean and everything well stocked. I went in looking for two books. A woman helped me find one and got the other ordered easily.

Staff is so incredibly helpful if you ask..they will even walk with you to find what you asked for. Great selection of books..but has so much more than books! The children's book section is wonderful. The only thing I would change is to have a larger selection of large print books...other than that I Love it there.

So not only were they dog friendly (maybe it's just because my pups a very handsome Corgi) but the staff was incredibly helpful. I was looking for a specific book, that was hard to find, that they had. But based on that book, they were able to offer some great suggestions for my 13yo daughter who doesnt get very excited about reading books. Thanks to their help, she's excited about the selection I got her. Will definitely return to this store. Thanks Barnes and Noble, great job.

I love all the unique gifts in this store. Store was clean and organized. The line was long but it's also holiday season so that was expected. It was moving quickly with all the registers open and their sense of urgency. The employees were so helpful and down to earth. They really know their store!

What's left to say about "America's Book Store" that hasn't been said already. Clean, well organized and very helpful staff. Found everything I needed (and a few things I'm going back for 😁) and I was out the door in under 20 minutes.

Alot of knowledge to learned here. Be warned, if you come, you may be here for longer than expected because of how great it is. And that's a good thing. Magazines and a friendly cafe of Starbucks.

Such an amazing store. I love how friendly the staff is and how clean the store is. They helped with all my books I was looking for also ordered and had home delivery for the books they did not have in stock. I will always go back to here for books. They also have a great selection of puzzles and games. Thank you all for being awesome.

Stopped at Barnes and Noble for Starbucks after shopping. Expensive but delicious

My son was surprised to find out how many things Barnes & Nobles had besides books. Lots of Legos, games, puzzles Etc. Each time we've been there we've had great service from the people there. Really love the atmosphere of the store. And each summer they have a reading program that allows children to get a free book after they have read a certain number of books.

Last of any of the chains of "big box"bookstores. We were visiting from Rochester, NY and I was looking for a book to read during the holiday down time. Everything was well organized and I was able to make quick selection. I was impressed by the large selection of games (a frequent browsing spot for me). If I were local, I would be a frequent visitor to this store.

Love a good bookstore! The staff here are super helpful. They know their stock well. We were looking for a gift for our nephew and the customer service person was able to narrow down the field of choices for us after asking us a few questions. We left the store with a great gift! Excellent selection of books, magazines and gifts. If you enjoy the brick and mortar experience of buying books the Hadley B&N is a great place.

Love going to any Barnes & Noble. Only ever disappointed in the size of the Horror section, especially when it's mostly Stephen King and Dean Koontz. Still fun walking around and finding other things though.
