Mary who works in the jewelry section helped me picked out my suit very fast and precisely. Recommended if you are a college student in need of a quick pair of suit. I wanted to give her a good review through the survey but I lost my receipt.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Love this store and inventory. Well worth my 11/2 hr drive to get there.

Prices are absolutely fair for name brand clothing. They also have a big and tall section and its good. Its not the biggest section but its still worth a visit.

One of the ONLY places where I can affordable, approved, big and tall clothes for my 16 year old. He is 6'5" and not easy to find clothes for that fit and don't look like business casual attire. This store hut the mark AND has a HUGE clearance sale store wide right now!!

Great and friendly customer service. I bought a suit for my son but the sleeves are a little bit longer than his. I have not receipts nor tag. The customer service helped me for return.

Went in because I saw they were having a bra sale walked out saving 142$ on the purchases I made. Love st. Joe has bay!!

At this somewhat local store the staff are efficient and friendly.

Not as large as the one at the Holyoke Mall, but still a great place to shop and I got a pair of good sneakers for a fraction of what they were originally as they were 75%off.

Nice long sleeve flannel tall mens shirts. Gloria Vanderbilt jeans. Everything I wanted for a good price.

So underrated but truly an iconic, affordable and great place to shop for bedding, kids clothing and costume jewelry!

Love it here it is way more clean and organized than other JCPENNEY'S and I always find good deal.
