I have had very severe issues with my right shoulder due to a hypermobile joint condition since October 2022. Since then, Alicia, Heather, and the pharmacist Lara have been super helpful in explaining my medications to me and have just been overall awesome in all regards. If corporate is reading this, please give these three women a raise! They more than deserve it. I will never switch pharmacies as long as they are there.

this was a great shopping trip, and it was super to have Dorothy at the checkout because we had multiple barcoded coupons and we needed to be sure all was rung up correctly. What a pleasant personality she showed us. A treat to shop there this morning.

Rhonda was particularly helpful and very patient with me. It’s honestly so rare to find retail workers like Rhonda who are so nice. It really makes me want to only shop at this CVS location!

I came to this cvs location for the first time last week and it was the best experience! I needed help in the pharmacy and everybody there was super helpful and welcoming. Especially the pharmacist Zina. She went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. She even informed me about the Care Pass program CVS offers and I jumped immediately on the opportunity and used my $10 in rewards the next day! Thank you CVS Pharmacy on Ann Arbor and Sheldon for the best customer service experience I’ve had!!!

We had a wonderful experience shopping today! Rhonda was very helpful with finding a specific item for my daughter. She also went out of her way to help us with coupons. Nice selection of cute little gifts. Thanks Rhonda!!
