I was assigned a project in school for my Disability Studies class to evaluate stores in my area and their accessibility in regard to a large array of disabilities. I feel like this store exceeded my expectations in their set up as well as their overall atmosphere. There is a large gap between book shelves and displays that allows for easy navigation for wheelchairs or for individuals with mobility issues. Additionally, the whole store is so big that the noise never became too overwhelming which is helpful for individuals with sensory issues. I also spoke with a few very nice women who worked there and they said that although I had nothing but good things to say, this Barnes and Noble is actually one of the older stores, and with that meant less meaningful accessibility design. This bodes well for Barnes and Noble as a whole if this, an accessible store in my opinion, isn't as accessible as their other newer locations. Only thing I questioned was the top shelves of the store and how people in wheelchairs or those with mobility issues may have challenges reaching those objects. After talking with the employees, they said the store regularly rotates their shelves and the heights of certain titles/sections. Lastly, when you get to checkout there are a few checkout windows that were very tall and had lots of grab & go items blocking the way, but there was a shorter/less crowded option for check out as well. Overall I think this store is very accessible in many ways.

Great selection of stuff great discounts on lots of stuff. they have good food I really enjoyed myself there.

Wanted to buy an item that was only available at another Barnes and Noble store. Was able to get it shipped from there to here, at no additional charge.

Also this store is big, tidy, and cozy. Always a favorite to stop in and shop at!

I bought gift cards so my friends can go in order a hot drink and sip it while browsing through books.

While waiting for an appointment, I had a coffee and an apple tart in the Barnes and Noble Cafe. Both were delicious and tasted fresh. The cafe and store looked clean and the employees were very friendly. In the cafe there were several areas to plug in your laptop and phone charger so that was very convenient. Didn't stay here too long but I had a nice experience.

Tons of great books and smells like baked goods. Who could resist?

It's a really good location. Very big, intense new book smell, a little cafe, and a very big selection of manga and even japanese light novels.

I was looking for a specific book for my nephew, and the staff were friendly and helped me find it. I decided to look around for myself as well (because why not) and the had a couple of books I had been looking for but could not find in other stores!
Overall, great atmosphere and wonderful staff.

Always has fun gifts, especially their Lego selection. Staff is always very helpful with finding books. Cafe is nice to grab a Starbucks and read.

Always love this place. Something for everyone. Got a great gift for my grandson. Plus you can easily send a book to Diamonds Children's hospital with their current book drive.

Book stores certainly need all the support they can get, right? I assume so; there are far less of them than ever before… That said, it’s Barnes and Noble and I have to assume you know of this place. It’s the largest most prosperous book store chain in America and rightfully so. It’s a pleasant and quiet, calming store. It’s remained consistent over the years, and has all sorts of trinkets or toys, games, gifts and music and books galore. This location is not bad, a bit small mostly but well utilized for its space.

So glad they are still open. First, we enjoyed a relaxing drink and danish at the in store Starbucks. The store itself has a great selection of books for young adults which was the focus of this visit and the staff provided helpful suggestions. I also browsed the many cook books they stock and found an excellent air fryer cookbook. If they do not have a book on they stand ready to order it for you.

Always an amazing place to sit and study, if you get bored can take a walk, do some window shopping in nearby target and old navy. Can watch a movie at Lennox and go home.

Good guidance markers. Good stock. Some nice hidden discounts. Decent cafe. Good customer service. This store must continue to exist!
