Old Navy

Old Navy continues to impress with its combination of fashionable clothing and fantastic value. The variety of styles for all ages and sizes, coupled with affordable price points, makes it a go-to for updating my wardrobe.

Deja is awesome! My brother and I came in last minute looking for a dress for my niece's graduation and she picked it out along with a nice jacket to cover her arms with. Customer service is beyond excellent. I do apologize I forgot to ask the cashier their name, we started discussing the pineapple shirt they were wearing. Checking out was a speedy process and every employee there were all smiles even 1 minute before closing. Thanks again for all the help. I flew from Ga. so I do not know when the next time I visit will be.

This store is quite neat and clean, and the staff is very helpful even when they really don't have to be. I'm getting less and less fond of the sameness of Old Navy clothing, but this store keeps sale tags well posted and clothing sorted so that you know what you're looking for if you just want to get in and out. I've never had staff here be unsure of what promotions are happening at any given time; with how many promotions this place is always running I think that's pretty impressive.

Levy at the Old Navy @ Olentangy deserves a promotion! They were so helpful and knowledgeable about the store. It is obvious they care a lot about the company and work hard to represent the brand well. A very satisfied customer.

Not much to say here, Old Navy is and always will be a good clothing store. Staff is friendly, easy to find selections, nice fitting areas and so on. Stuff might be pricey at times but the clothes last awhile and don't get worn out easily. Great place for shopping for kids/teens if you have them, for adults plenty of selections of all sizes within reason.

Standard Old Navy layout. Floor person asked if we needed a cart! Checkout was friendly and we almost signed up for the Old Navy card . Staff made the experience nice.

I love this Old Navy store at the Lennox. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. The store always looks like a cyclone went through it but I've never had an issue w one if the assoc's trying to help me find something. They typically go above and beyond and are very courteous. Great atmosphere. It's the store I usually shop at.

The employees at Old Navy are always so helpful. If there isn't something available in the store, they order it for me online. They help me search for what I am looking for. They always have amazing deals, especially on clothes for the kiddos.

Had a wonderful experience here today! Diana, Casey and Jena helped me out with a difficult order. SO pleasant and helpful the entire time. Did everything they could to make sure I was a happy customer and it was super appreciated. Thank you!

Absolutely phenomenal staff! I couldn't find the pick up parking spaces and the staff was just incredibly patient (despite the crazy holiday season!) with me and found an alternative that I ended up not needing. Amazing customer service!!!

I had to return something I bought online. Was hoping I would find an exchange, but getting a refund was no problem. I bought something else instead. The women were very helpful.

Good sales large range of sizes. I once added a $10 pair of shoes on for my Easter purchase and it knocked off $20

Great sales on T shirts. $2.50 each. Couldn't pass it up. Flip flops $2.00, we missed the $1.00 sales. Saved a ton.

So excited that the stores now carry bigger sizes! What a surprise for me when I walked in!

This is an old Navy store, and I rate all Old Navy stores 5 stars. If you've never been to old Navy, don't go.

I need to visit this Old Baby more often. Great selection, clean store.
