Morgan in TSA was absolutely fantastic! Despite how busy she was, she kept me informed as to how long my walk in would take (several hours) and kept coming out and making jokes with me and kept me entertained! I saw a few people get rude with her when she informed them of the long wait for walk-ins, but she stayed sweet and polite whole time. They still huffed off rudely. Please make sure you guys take care of her as she is an asset to ANY company!

Do you want customer service! Well, this is the Staples location for your office supply and printing needs. Taylor was amazing at printing a pretty unusual pdf issue, she was extremely helpful with other items and super friendly. Morgan gave me additional business information which was very helpful. She also was very friendly. We definitely will be back for our business needs. Thank you so much!

Staples Olentangy TSA Pre-check. Morgan was so amazing. My wife had an appointment for TSA pre check but I didn’t - Morgan told me to wait and when it slowed she was able to get me in as a walk in.

Morgan is amazing!!! Today 9/1/23 she got my husband in for a walk-in as soon as possible, he was willing to wait until the end of the day like the manager had said upon calling this morning . However, Morgan sacrificed her lunch to complete his TWIC enrollment. On 8/14/23 she helped him with his hazmat and a few years ago she helped me with my TSA pre-check! Our family couldn’t be more grateful, the great service really helps us out. So thankful she still works there!!!

I went to the Portals concert in Cincinnati and decided that I wanted to get some of the confetti laminated along with three posters. I sent my other signed poster to my friend in Minnesota and got everything laminated for under $20. It took a couple of days to laminate the confetti just because they wanted to ensure it wouldn’t burn, and I think they did an excellent job well worth the wait. Their customer service was incredible, and I’m so happy with everything. Thank you!

I received excellent customer service from Taylor in the print services center yesterday! I took in an order that came from a different Columbus location Staples that was printed incorrectly with half of the image missing and she was more than happy to remake my order for me there on the spot, rather than sending me back to the original location the order was placed at. I appreciate her taking the time to make it right and with efficiency! If you have a choice of which Staples to send your print orders to, I would definitely recommend this location on Olentangy River Road. Thank you again!

Super impressed with the printing services! Most recently, I had an 18x24 poster printed and Charles called to let me know that part of it looked blurry. Charles worked with me to get it right and could have easily charged me to have the mistake fixed but instead was professional and helpful. The print was completed quickly after submitting the order online, and when I picked up in store, the employee was friendly, helpful and quick. The print looks great and I'm very happy with the whole experience.

I went in for a toner cartridge and was able to find and purchase a significant upgrade for my business because of the excellent customer service given to me by Rhys (Reese). He was helpful and courteous, didn't hover over me as I shopped, but always seemed to be available when I needed advice. His knowledge of the products in store made my shopping experience smoother and allow me to look around for things i didn't realize i needed because i had more time. Thank You Rhys, the Olentangy River rd. store will be my favorite spot for all my business supply needs from now on!

I am a small business owner and I went in one morning to the staples print and marketing department to have a sign made. I dealt with a very pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable Staple associate, Morgan Moore. She took great care of me as she placed my order. She even saved me some money by suggesting making some changes that made complete sense. Later that afternoon I was revising the space I was going to place the sign I had just ordered and realized I had given Morgan the wrong dimensions. So naturally, I panicked and called the store to speak to her. She put my mind at ease by telling me that even though the order had already been placed, that worst case scenario she would make the proper corrections herself if the original order could not be fixed in time at no extra cost to me. Long story short, she spent one of her entire shifts prior to when the order was meant to be completed making the sign just the way I wanted it. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I received the right sign for the intended space at my shop. Morgan truly cares about helping people and Staples is extremely lucky to have her! I would recommend anyone looking to have any print and or marketing products at the Staples in the Lennox mall center. Just ask for Morgan! She’ll take great care of you!!!

I had a private mailbox thru Ipostal1 at this Staples location for about 3 months. They were great— I got all my mail, it was scanned within a day when I needed it & they were always very polite over the phone & in person.

Amazing! After going to a few other shops to print my wedding invites with only frustrations, Ryan who was at the print station helped me tremendously! Stayed after a little to make sure everything was ready, and did great at explaining prices and everything! He even juggled multiple customers to take care of everyone. I will definitely be back! I had a great experience at Staples. Due to memory lapse, I bought the wrong ink cartridge for my printer, twice. I was able to return and finally purchase the correct one with no hassle, no questions, and the associates were friendly and didn’t make fun of me to my face!! One did tell me to sign up for their rewards program because they could look up what type of cartridge I previously purchased. Fortunately the only one on there is the right one! lol
