Ashley Store

My husband and I visited Ashley’s a few times before deciding to purchase. We did not feel pressure to buy the day off, which really made us feel comfortable. They also were great answering any questions we had about customizing our purchase.

We are really happy with the service.

Jasmine was awesome and very patient. From the moment we entered the store to the moment we left, she made sure I got what I wanted and was happy. Thank you so much. It was a pleasure working with you. We had so much fun laughing and joking!

If you come in this store please ask for Zachary to be your salesman, he was extremely patient with us during the purchase of our first couch. He was not pushy at all, and truly was a pleasure and made the process very simple and easy! Even after the sale, he was still very helpful with the many questions we had. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a wonderful experience today with Mike from Ashley. He ran multiple prices for us on several different bedroom suites. We ended up finding the perfect set and it will be delivered soon. Thank you so much Mike for helping us purchase our first bedroom set.

This store is great. But most importantly, Zachary is phenomenal! He was super helpful and friendly and not once did I get the "sales person just wants me to buy something" vibe from him. He is a genuinely good person and great employee. Put zero pressure on us to purchase a couch. Helped us get a great deal too. Thanks so much again Zachary!

Mike and Evan from Ashley in Columbus were outstanding! They stayed late way after hours, were extremely knowledgeable on all the products while still making it client friendly on the terminology to understand. Went above the call of duty! Would certainly come back and be repeat customer especially if they were my salesmen.

Great experience. Dauda was very helpful and knowledgeable. He checked in to make sure we didn’t need help and was able to point us in the right direction, but he gave us plenty space to look without feeling pressured too. The perfect balance.

My family came to look at dressers for our two girls' room and Lance was so kind and helpful during the entire process of greeting us, not pressuring but just informing and answering our questions. He let us take time to walk around and compare. When we figured our what would fit our lifestyle best, we decided to purchase and walked us through the process gently and assertively. We also appreciate Bill, the manager, to bounce ideas off along with Lance. This was a very friendly store and would recommend coming here for your furniture.

Emmanuel was a pleasure to work with today, he was extremely helpful and made the experience fun and very easy. He was able to answer all my questions and even went out of his way to check on my order getting out to me sooner. Would definitely recommend.

Mike Richard’s was our sales associate. He worked with us for awhile as we keep changing our minds on things. Very patient with us. He also worked to get us to not pay for delivery, since we purchased our bedroom suite and mattress with Morris Furniture only a couple of weeks ago. It was a VERY pleasant experience!!!!!
