American Eagle Store

I went in yesterday to find some jeans for myself since I haven’t had any in a long time. I was also fearful of not finding anything that would fit. Most women know the struggle of shopping for clothes and trying to find good fitting clothes. But as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by this amazingly sweet girl who asked if she could help me find anything. I explained to her I had no idea what size I wore in jeans anymore since I just had a baby last year and just wore leggings. She pointed out some styles I might like and offered to help if I needed it. I grabbed some different sizes to try and then went to the fitting rooms. The girl running the fitting rooms was also amazingly sweet. She understood my goal of finding good fitting jeans and also recommended some styles and told me about how the different fits will vary in sizing. I brought my new jeans to check out, and was helped by another sweet girl. (Seriously all the employees I encountered there were so nice and helpful!) I actually left the store happy! The employees made an intimidating situation such a great experience! I’ve always loved AE clothing, but my experience yesterday made me want to keep going back even more. Thank you so much!!

I was blown away by the customer service. Everyone was friendly, eager to help, but not pushy. It was a very refreshing experience!

had an incredible experience at this store. shopping for jeans is my real life nightmare but the staff here made it really comfortable. two staff members in particular (i wish i had asked for their names!!) - a small cute girl with dirty blonde hair guided me to the fits i was looking for and made me feel really comfortable in the store. after that, a sharp and handsome blonde lad helped me to a fitting room at least 3 times and then went above and beyond to help me order the jeans i wanted since they didn't carry the styles i needed in the store. i don't usually write reviews but these employees are incredible and deserve recognition. thank you so much!!

Very friendly employee that greeted me as I entered this store in the mall. She was very welcoming. I love American Eagle and this one in the mall is no exception. I love their sweatshirts and jeans mostly. The prices are what you could expect to pay at a place like this.

Tip: check their online store before going in the store to reduce possible Covid spread!

The men's slim and skinny jeans were everything that I had hoped to find. The sales people were very friendly and helpful and yet I did not find them pushy. I purchased a few pairs of jeans. They also had a number of fun gifts for Christmas.

I was stopping in to take advantage of the labor day jean sale. Upon walking in, a male associate let me know where exactly I could find what kinds of jeans where at in the store, and also that the jeggings weren't technically jeans so they didn't count. He told me ALL of this in a timely manner so I could get right to browsing, and he also didn't know I was there for the sale! He was very professional and to the point which was awesome. I ended up buying two pair. When I went into the dressing room another associate walked by and told me how flattering the jeans I picked were on me (which I agreed, AE must've changed their pockets or something for all you curvier ladies) and I ended up buying two pair. This is the first time since I lost weight about a year ago and got down to a comfortable size that I went out and bought jeans. I had an awesome experience and am so glad I shopped at this AE... Even though they were busy with a bunch of teenage girls, they did their best to make sure everyone was accommodated for. I really appreciate it.

I have 3 teenage grandchildren. All different sizes. We can buy everything they want and like at this store. Always on our list of places to shop.

Just took my 16 year old daughter shopping and Delaney was helping us. She was amazing!!!! Never had any associate be so friendly and SOOOO helpful!! Thank you!!!!

The clothes are really soft and comfortable. The workers are extremely helpful and nice. Especially Olivia!

Great place, great people. I do all my shopping here. Great place to shop if you are tall. It is the only place that consistently stocks tall clothes.

Chelsea and Amber were very nice workers. The store was very organized had a big selection to choose from.
