Saks Fifth Avenue

Adam was a wonderful sales associate! I purchased two pairs of shoes from him when I was in town visiting family during the holidays and he helped me find what I was looking for and order the right size. Then after I left I couldn’t stop thinking about this bag and wish I would’ve bought it but by that point I was already back home out of state but I was able to reach out to Adam and he actually shipped it to me! Amazing customer service. I plan on visiting this Saks every time I come to Ohio now.

Went there today and sales clerks are nice and helpful.. we didn't find the things we need because it was not available in their store but overall it was fun and nice cause employees are so helpful in what we are looking for.. come stop by here and check for your designers looks from head to toe.

Tatianna was amazing. I see why they hired her in sales… i would buy anything from her. She could sell me a coat in the middle of summer. She could sell me air. She could have all my money… she could have my kidneys if she wanted them…not only is she extremely easy on the eyes… but she is a beautiful person inside too… I’ll definitely come back and buy more stuff i don’t need now…

I'm way too broke to shop here. But I do enjoy cutting through Sachs and seeing all the stuff that I can't afford on the way into the mall.

Good selection fantastic customer service! My favorite Columbus store!

Went for a make up session. It was fabulous! The employees at the Chanel counter were very informative and knew a lot about make up for each skin type and hue of skin. I would definitely recommend a makeup session at the Chanel counter! Many fantastic products to try.

I am visiting Ohio from Seattle and Patrick Vincent (certified fragrance specialist) helped me identify the exact perfume my daughter loved. All I had to go by was a tiny bottle and the print on it was so little I couldn't read the name of the perfume. You did not have the exact perfume n store, so it was ordered and arrived just a couple days after I placed the order so I was able to give it to my daughter while still in Ohio. I always appreciate the customer service I receive at Saks. I would highly recommend Patrick to anyone visiting your Polaris store,

My date night make up was flawless!! Christina is an artist!! She made me sure every detail was captured with my full face of makeup!! I will be back to see her. This store is always going to have a good vibe. It’s like chilling on a yacht every time I visit. I get to see and chat with fellow associates and friends, it’s a good time. Recently I was in need of a belt forever, but the pandemic had Italy shutdown and Gucci belts were far and few. My buddy Brent didn’t give up hope. Thanks, I appreciate you!

Honestly the best! He got me into high end skincare and helped my skin restore its brightness all while teaching me the benefits of each product. Will definitely be buying more products from him, and learning as much about skincare as possible and how important it truly is.

It’s laughable that previous reviewers are saying everything is “too expensive” at Saks Fifth Ave! Apparently they went in there for the first time thinking they were in a Macy’s or American Eagle! Haha. Also previous reviewers say that no one is helping them? I’ve shopped here several times and was helped almost immediately each time. Most of these reviewers who say they weren’t helped were surly just walking through the store to get into the mall from the parking lot and felt insecure in such a high class store. They felt like the employees were judging them and avoided them when it was just obvious that they weren’t actually shopping. I can definitely see the psychology behind why they’d be upset with the employees when they should just be upset with themselves. They get the wrong idea. Besides, unless you’re an A-list celebrity, don’t expect employees to kiss your feet immediately after you walking through a Saks Fifth Ave - even if your actually shopping there. I think it’s a great store and makes the Columbus area look wonderful.

Went to the mens cologne section. I knew what i wanted and so did Natasha whos always been awesome, insightful and a pleasure. Not only did she help me with my current summer scent but she showed me how to mix fragrances. Also keeps me in the loop of anything new. She amazing!!!

What’s to say? You should know the store unless you’ve lived under a rock, and I’d you have indeed come out and dress thyself! This store is designer and eclectic and style anomalies and higher end all in one posh department store. It’s beautiful…

Top notch all the way. Great designers and really knowledgeable and polite sales staff. Shopping in the Mens department is like being invited into their living room. Tony and his staff are outstanding! Sure the prices are higher but you get what you pay for.
