My daughter and I went in to upgrade her old phone, and we had great service from Chad! He was patient, knowledgeable and answered any questions or concerns we presented. He was very thorough in explaining the difference in phones and plans to choose from, and kept our best interests in mind. We greatly appreciate the time that Chad allowed us, and glad we were able to wish him a happy bday on the actual day (only having just met him)!!

Went to this location to check on a new Samsung watch. Chad was there and we have worked with him in the past. He is very professional and honest to work with.

We will seek him out in the future for our Verizon dealings.

I came into the Verizon store in Powell because my screen went out and I couldn't get it back on. Alpha was able to take care of my and get me into a new phone. I recommend coming to see if you need help with any phone issues

Was dreading getting a new phone and the process and dealing with a pushy salesman. Was very pleasantly surprised by Marc! Super easy to work with, offered options but by no means pushy. Ended up upgrading my phone earlier than I planned due to enjoying working with him. Highly recommend!!!

I came into store to help out a disabled friend with his prepaid phone. Alex helped me for the second time and his professionalism is above any that I have experienced using wireless
Carrier. He truly goes above and beyond for his customers. He didn’t know him and he worked diligently to help me help in every way he could think of for my friend. Verizon should be thankful

Taylor, with Verizon, was extremely helpful to get my phone switched from T-Mobile to Verizon. The issue was an all day event for me but he kept providing direction and assistance. I would recommend Taylor to others for his knowledge and support.

I really enjoyed my time with Taylor at Verizon today. I came in to upgrade my iPhone and he went above and beyond what I expected! He was very informative of all the differences between my old iPhone (a 12) and my new iPhone (a 15) and gave me the tools I need for my new phone! I would 100% work with him again. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at Verizon by far.

Taylor Dorn was our rep and he did an excellent job getting us our new phones. He walked us through the process and was very polite. He was so good that it made me forget all about how our iPhones are made by little children in China, so I felt guilt free walking out of the store. Thank you Taylor!

I had a wonderful experience with Taylor at the Powell, OH store today! I came in for the promotion and he was very thorough, helping me decide on the best devices and plans for me. I ended up with a new phone, iPad and Apple Watch. I highly recommend Verizon and both Taylor and Nathan.

We came into store having issues with phone connecting to Bluetooth earphones. Verizon rep was extremely patient and helpful and was able to secure a new phone without the bill being outrageous. Also purchased a wallet case which was recommended by sales associate.

Very helpful and solved my problem quickly. I had other questions he took the time to answer. Also explained my bill and balance which was not explained at the time I upgraded my phone. And he sold me a protective case which I needed.

Chad was very nice and helpful, and even stayed late to help us purchase new phones. He helped my mom with saving money for it and our trade in for our old phones. Definitely recommend him

Nico helped me in removing cleaner apps off my Samsung phone. They kept popping up randomly and taking over my phone. The gentleman removed them and got my phone back in working condition. Great service at this location!
