The employees are alway prompt and courteous. Good selection of products. Descent prices. Just make sure that you have your I.D. ready as soon as you walk through their door.

So, most retail places are going to have mixed reviews. What I HATE is when people leave a bad review based on one experience. And when people exaggerate a small bad experience. At any rate. I've been into the Provo location on about 4 occasions. 2 were neutral (not bad in any way, not extraordinary, but they were quick trips where I knew exactly what I wanted and it was just grab-n-go) but the last two times I've been in, I had questions. A lot of questions. I needed some education on a new vape system. I didn't even buy it from. I bought from Rolf's, where they were NOT helpful. But both times the employee I worked with was more than willing to help and gave EXCELLENT customer service. Not just the kind they should give, but what I feel was above-and-beyond. And I have high standards. THANK YOU Provo Stogies! I will be back!

Very nice and helpful staff with excellent selection of various smoke and vape equipment and accessories. There are also multiple locations so there has been one close to whenever I happen to be. I only wish they would stay open later.

Great, especially considering it almost the only smoke shop around Utah County. They are very cordial and knowledgable about their products. That is important. AND smokes are cheaper here than other stores around!
