Love this dollar tree. So clean and friendly employees not to mention that have a lot more higher quality variety of all their items! 👍 👍

Great inexpensive place to stop at first!

1/29/23 Update: Had the displeasure of shopping and being helped by Christian today. Listen, I've worked customer service and have had to deal with bad customers that had an attitude for no reason. This guys plan is to be the rude and obnoxious one before someone can stick it to him. Imagine coming to the register being nice, making a joke referencing Mommy Dearest and having a hulking, neo emo dude roll his eyes at you. I knew what time it was but tried not to take it personal. I asked him for my ramekins to be wrapped with paper. He did that begrudgingly and made sure to move like molasses in winter. He did try to double bag for me but I respectfully declined and he mumbles, "Don't blame me if it breaks!". This was enough for me I asked why I'd blame him. He had no answer, just sass. I'm truly sorry someone urinated in his morning cheerios...uh oh, there's no cheer for him. I meant grumpios. I'll be going to another location. He's not a nice person. Boo.

Great place to find panko, face masks, nail care items and other odds and ends for $1.25. The cashiers are super helpful and friendly. (Gentleman with the silver and the young man with the awesome hats and kind smile).

This is an 'interesting' area with an eclectic mix of clientele (some crackish). The folks working there that are able to maintain their professionalism have the patience of Job and I respect them.

I'll continue to shop here for the two fellas mentioned and for the merch!

I had a TON of stuff to check out, and Emily was SO NICE and so kind. She was patient with me and also let me get multiple carts to complete my purchase. I was so appreciative of her professionalism and dedication to customer service even to the very end of her shift! Thank you!!!

OK, I don’t normally write reviews unless there is something significant to write about. Here’s my take on this Dollar Tree location:

(Sorry, no pictures, because I didn't think to take some. Hopefully my description will suffice)

A couple years back, the store was a mess. There were boxes all over the place, things were grungy, the aisles were all mixed and mismatched; essentially, shady.
forward to now (12/20/2019): they have a new manager, and the old staff has been replaced with new and more capable staff. The aisles are generally all kept clear, the place is much cleaner in all aspects and the aisles are generally sorted appropriately. I just had a good encounter with one of the workers in the store as well as the comanager, Sandra, and the exchange was positive. I would recommend this Dollar Tree store if you are looking for a good place to get some good products for low prices.

Under new management. Plus a lot of new items! I go here now rather than any other Dollar Tree since new store manager Yvonne really takes care of shoppers and her sales people!

Oh my gosh! We had a big family get together for my 50th Birthday and my wife got a HUGE number of balloons. Chelsea, the manager, helped her fill them and my wife said she was super sweet about it. I think the customer service was better than the local "party store" who shall remain nameless, and I won't have to put off my future retirement plans because of the cost of party balloons! I've also been in the store and it's much better kept, and clean than most other discount stores too! You can actually find stuff!

Last night I went into this Store and it was clean!, I always enjoy going to this dollar tree over the other one in Provo because they seem to have more merchandise on there shelves, Then the other one. People need to watch there kids, and be respectful of this stores items, I’ve seen so many people/ kids rip apart a clean organized isle just because they can.. in a matter of minutes a co-workers efferts are scattered across the floor and strewn down the isle and into the next. It’s not the fact that they are “low in staff” or that “they don’t do there job right” it’s because people cannot be trusted to watch there kids, or themselves to be respectfuly responsible in the dollar general store.. treat every store like it was your home. Would you want someone to come in and mess it up?, or steal your items?, So far I love the workers at this store they are nice to me every time I have come in.

To Mark Mauzy, three years ago: this store doesn't even have a public address system so not sure what you are even referring to. I have been to this store many a time and not had complaints. If everyone could be told just a few things that the employees deal with from "customers" in this store, perhaps your lack of patience and understanding might evaporate.
Darn good store and excellent prices! We are fortunate to be able to shop here.

It's always an adventure at the dollar store. Is like a fun treasure hunt. I like the Farmer John sausages and my wife, who is into crafting, loves to see what things she can find to serve her purposes. Found lots of lovely wrapping papers.

I always forget how much stuff they have here! Good sponges, washcloths, bleach, Ajax, dish soap. I wouldn't trust their electronics for anything more than temporary use, but the other stuff they have there can actually be pretty solid quality.

This place was so nice. The other Provo Dollar tree near Target is gross and caotic. This was such an organized store and I loved it

Nice cozy store to shop at, cashiers usually pretty nice! I always open carry my sidearm and none of the staff have ever minded!

Fourty items for fourty dollars plus tax. They sell food, snacks, holiday items and every thing you need for a party. I love this place!!

Clean store, prices are cheap for cheap stuff but some occasions is perfect because you don't need them after you used.

They have things here that are an absolute bargain. Items that would otherwise cost 3 times as much, if purchased anywhere else.

Amazing, they have more variety of things then other $ stores

Give a kid a $20 budget, she comes out the happiest child on the street!
