I’ve never had issue with this store or location.
If you place an order online it is delivered by Instacart. Once it is all set you set up payment and confirm. The order shows up at the day and time and the shopper can interact with you. I would be around your phone during the shopping time.
Never had delivery issue.

If you shop in person… it’s the usual experience and I prefer this store instead of other local places. The Provo location is college town busy.

If you had the items delivered to your car via pick up, you park at the pickup time in the pickup parking section, wait a few minutes, your asked where in the car you want the items, bam your done after confirming payment.

Aside from the parking lot, this place is great. Parking is always chaotic and dysfunctional. Which is odd since it's just a giant square. I think angled parking would eliminate the confusion of everyone everywhere. But the store is great. Meat is good. They have lots of pretty plants. I usually find whatever I'm looking for. So I will continue to shop here. It would be cool to see them expand to a market place smith's someday.

I stayed in a nearby hotel and needed a quick bite. The woman working at the deli counter was so kind and helpful.

Just an all-around good marketplace. Usually has everything I need. Not as broad of a selection as Walmart, but I don't think a broad selection is necessary, especially because I usually don't care what brand of items I get.

Smiths has a fun assortment of lots of foods, the pharmacy it’s good and complete and they pharmacists are kind. The cashiers and stockers are all helpful and knowledgeable. Smiths for a small grocery store feel has a huge assortment of fruits, meats, artisan breads and other things. I always love to stop by the clearance shelf because it’s always got something good on it.

Devin was awesome! I often do grocery pickup here and it’s so efficient especially since I’m a busy college student. Once when there was a slight mixup with my order, Devin and the team was right on it and was super helpful in getting it sorted out. Thanks Devin and the Provo Smith’s!

Now that COVID is done, shopping at Smith's is a better experience. During that time it was too crowded. But that is something I've noticed about this smiths is they are always busy and that's great! I love their rewards program, I do wish it would go back to 10 cents off each item tho, that was nice. I would love more in store deals on items, but other than that I can mostly find reasonably priced items and the store is clean and inviting. Quick trips are possible with the easy to read signs and you can usually find someone to help you.

I get food there and use my smiths card for savings they always have what i need and plenty of sale going all the time

Great experience Mariah was our self checkout clerk and made the entire experience wonderful she deserves a 2 dollar raise

After 3 years of wishing Smith’s had Apple Pay, they finally got the machines for it! It’s the only grocery store I go to and they have good deals when you use your Smiths Card.

This store seems to have everything! I am especially partial to Smith's meats and bakery where value and quality meet.
We also needed a quick snack to hold us until our late lunch. We had roasted turkey pinwheels from the deli.

Kristina that works at the bakery was confident when I asked if she could decorate a cake that looked like a monopoly board. It came out perfect!! I couldn’t be more pleased with her service and professionalism!! I highly recommend her. Thank you Kristina!!

Kristina is a gem. We have gone to her for birthday cakes for years now - and from this picture it is pretty obvious why. I was blown away when I picked this up! So amazing.

Great place for grocery shopping! Good food and deals. I would recommend getting a Kroger card to make sure you save on your purchases.

It is easy to get to clean and well stocked. I use a wheelchair and all the isles are easy to navigate most of the time unless they are restalking the shelves . Usually, there is an employee who can get what I need .

Clean store, Attractive, abundant displays. Helpful staff. You had what I needed.

It is very convenient place to shop, their produce is fresh for the most part and if there is a sale going on on weekly bases the prices are very reasonable compared to the other famous chain super markets.

This is one of the best stores to shop and work at! As a customer, you can find everything pretty easily, and there's always an associate close by to help. As a former employee, I can definitely say that we kept this store stocked better than any other store in Provo during the height of the pandemic.

I ended up having to quit working here due to some health issues, but I worked at this store for over two years and it was a great experience overall!

Tyler, the store manager was one of the best managers I've ever worked for. I could tell he genuinely cared about me as an employee/person, and he gave the same treatment to all of his employees.

Wendy, another asst. manager also made working here more enjoyable, and Jeremy is another asst. manager who also works at this store.

I could go on listing names, but I just wanted to thank everyone I worked with at this store, and I thought this would be a good medium to do so publicly. Just wanted to put it out there! I wish I had been a better employee, but thank you so much!! 🙏

Store is well stocked with a great variety of products and a great selection of meat. Store is always clean with a friendly staff and amazing pharmacist.
