I was pleased with the service here! I had a starter battery switched out, and they lent me tools to replace it. They said they couldn't promise to help with instalation but Gabriel ended up helpingme from the goodness of his heart. I know they'll treat all customers with the same respect.

Landon was extremely helpful and kind replacing our car battery. He made us aware of services and products that were useful, and helped us with the best pick for our car battery. He was very patient and thorough to do the job well. We could use more people like Landon in the world

I was having trouble with my windshield wipers and knowing what I should do to replace them. Landon showed me to the right ones and installed them for me for free! He also guided me through getting more wiper fluid and the process of replacing it!

Delfino Rodrigues Torre was very very kind. We have had a lot of car problems lately and were discouraged to discover yet another problem. He was very sensitive of that, kind, and generous with his assitance. He was patient while we asked him all our questions, made sure we understood the issue well enough, ans waited for us to decide what we wanted to buy. He even helped me carry everything out to my car! Thank you for being such a kind worker! It meant a lot to us!

Gabriel went out of his way to find me the right hitch for my trailer! Awesome!

Damon truly went above and beyond helping me get my license plates attached to my car after pep boys tried and failed to do so. Super nice and friendly to boot! I love this place! I'm a total noob when it comes to cars and they always answer my dumb questions.

Nate was very helpful. They were very busy when we were there and he worked very diligently to replace our battery. The other employee working at the time also did a great job. The manager showed up on an off day while Nate was helping us and he helped us out as well. They worked hard to help us and provided great customer service.

The people who work here are seriously awesome!! It was Sean’s second day but he was so helpful and cordial. When we couldn’t figure out an issue with Sean, Nate happily stepped in and helped us solve our problem. Both of these individuals gave excellent service! I will definitely shop here again!

My experience here was amazing. I walked into the store, was immediately greeted and offered assistance. Nate helped me find the battery I needed and helped me with another product. During our interaction he also helped out a coworker a few times as their card reader needed an override. He did this in a way that didn't impact me as a customer. What an amazing manager! He then came out to the parking lot to replace it on the spot. He had a good system and was careful but efficient.

Our experience here was awesome! We needed to change our windshield wipers and had no idea what to do. We bought the wrong replacements and couldn’t figure out how to put them on, so we went back inside and Glenn helped us find the correct ones and even came out to help us figure out which adapter and put them on for us. Took a decent amount of time and he was so helpful the whole time! Got a full refund even though we had opened everything and left with great wipers!

If I could give 100 stars for customer service and helpfulness, I WOULD!. I pulled up at 7:00 a.m. to get a new battery, Alan was outside putting up new signage and I asked if he had some tools so I could start taking out my battery because I had to be at work by 8:00. Without him knowing that, he told me to come inside and that would get me taken care of. He installed my new battery in the cold and rain and had me on my way FAST. Thank you for being a force for GOOD at Auto Zone, Alan! YOU ROCK!

Cheap car parts and also their staff is wonderful. They know what they're talking about when it comes to car parts and mechanic issues. I always go there for car parts.

I've always had very professional and helpful people here. Just had a great experience with Jaycee, who was very nice and helped us charge our battery in about an hour! Jaycee went above and beyond! It was obvious she cared about us and did a great job!
