Very professional and respectful 🙏 employees. I was doing a DoorDash Shop and Pay delivery(11/05/2023 11pm), and the staff was so helpful and knowledgeable of the merchandise. I recommend 👌 for anyone to shop here at this store thank you so much.

Every time I visit this Duane Reade location I have wonderful service from the pharmacy. I had Lauren help me this week and she was fantastic and caring. They always make sure to help me the best they can with my prescriptions and really give you the time and effort. I've gone to plenty of pharmacies that leave me extremely frustrated, and it is not the case here!

Super impressed by this store in Manhattan. We walked in and it looked like there wasn’t much to it but downstairs was a huge Walgreens and that is what we needed. Every time we needed something, we dipped into this store because we found everything.

Went to the Walgreens that is in the basement. Everyone in the stores - Duane Reade and Walgreens - was nice, friendly and helpful!

The pharmacist and everyone else behind the counter are remarkably helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help with my prescription and had a great attitude and sense of humor
