I wanted to take a moment to express my utmost satisfaction and appreciation for the exceptional service I received during my recent visit to your store.

Upon visiting your pharmacy to pick up my medication, I was not only satisfied but very, very, very impressed by the outstanding assistance provided by your employee, Isaac. He consistently goes above and beyond for not only me but for all customers he serves. Isaac's unwavering dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction is truly remarkable.

Isaac's customer-oriented approach and problem-solving skills are evident in every interaction. He effortlessly navigated challenges with my medication and insurance, ensuring that I received the assistance I needed. In fact, he even took the initiative to communicate with my insurance provider on my behalf, ultimately resulting in a significant reduction in the cost of my medication.

I must also commend the entire team at your store for their friendliness and willingness to assist customers. Their collective effort in creating a welcoming and supportive environment does not go unnoticed.

I sincerely believe that exceptional employees like Isaac deserve to be recognized and rewarded for their outstanding contributions. I hope you will consider acknowledging his exemplary service with a bonus or award.

More than just a pharmacy, this is. There are many other interesting goods available. Especially dietary supplements and various cosmetics.Some of them are discounted to half prices by buy1 get 1 free and many member benefits(registration to be a member available at counter for free).The staff is lovely and extremely helpful, and the location is excellent.

The CVS Pharmacy on 57th Street near Columbus Circle had exceptional customer service. A special thank you to the young man who was so kind to everyone who was on line this evening, and the pharmacist who was caring and very informative while I was receiving my shots. This is the only CVS I will patronize!!

The store is really good and the employees even better. I was helped by Mr.John who was really friendly and experienced . I wasn't sure what I really wanted but Mr.John helped me know whit i needed . Thanks Mr.John !!!

Shopping at CVS is always a great experience because CVS carries a great variety of products, customer service is exceptionally good and the stores are always kept on top form to make customers enjoy their visits.

Aaron is fantastic, at 11pm he was at the top of his game, coming up with creative solutions and juggling multiple customers. No one wants to be waiting for a prescription at 11 but Aaron made it as smooth as possible.

24 hour pharmacy that filled my prescription quickly and efficiently when I couldn’t speak!

I always enjoy going to CVS. From Canada so its great to find the little things i cant get there. Like the layout as well. Employees at the NYC location by central park are great.

Amidst this bipolar weather earlier this morning, i drenched in rain but found comfort to this beautiful but amazing customer service from this CVS employee, Deisy Nelufa. Like a Sun on a rainy, cloudy day! We need more people like her! :) Keep it up Deisy!

I came in here with a friend to buy some Benadryl because my allergies. As I am in here; I noticed a former colleague from Rite Aid. Her first name starts with a 'J'. (I don't want to say too much detail, you will eventually figure it out upon looking;) is the type of person that you have to watch out for. She will be in your face and then talk bad about you 5 seconds after you walk away. She calls out with an excuse, and then expects people to do her shift after doing 8 hours of theirs. Rite Aid couldn't handle her; so that's when she reached out to now CVS DM JPaul to get her a job. She is useless, hopefully the store manager figures that out.

Great CVS in a very convenient location. The staff is very friendly and you can find the intensity of Takis here delivered every week!

I’ve never reviewed a CVS before, but this CVS should definitely be higher than 3 stars. I live nearby and it’s my go-to. I find there’s typically a staff member at the front door to greet me and answer questions, it’s well-staffed overall and the Pharmacists at the Pharmacy are attentive and care to help in whatever way they can.

They do need to have Annie’s Mac & Cheese in stock though, they’re always out!

This CVS is always neat and orderly which I like there is always a greeter at the door when you enter which is a nice personable touch it allows you to ask right away where things are located instead of having to roam around looking for someone to assist you. I particularly like the beauty section they have a wide variety of products for all ethnicities which is a plus for me.

I went to the optical center for the first time, and what an amazing experience. The doctor and staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Even when the lens in my new glasses fell out after 2 days, I was simply told, come back in and we'll take care of it. A few days later my new glasses arrived, and they still weren't to my liking. The staff worked with me until I found a pair that worked. FANTASTIC customer service, and I will continue to be a loyal customer. I'd like to mention Yonathan by name, because he helped me immensely. A great team of professionals working there.
