Express

I've been an express shopper for a few years now. I think their clothes are well fitted for a smart casual or formal look and can easily be dressed up or down. I especially like their jackets and pants. This store is well maintained and the staff is helpful. I usually check the new collection online before coming to the store. The store is organized pretty well as most of the times I was able to find an item that I liked online.

I have to say the service & experience here was 5 stars! Unfortunately, I feel as though the retail shopping experience has taken a downturn recently. But, Express Valleyfair was up to par! They checked in with me from the start. The manager went above and beyond to ensure I found everything I needed & the staff was extremely friendly & helpful. Thank you again!

Today I went into express looking for some pants. There were some I liked but I didn’t see my size so I asked a team member there for help.( I think she was the manager) She offered to look in the back to see if they had any, which they didn’t; she then offered to look online for me, but they were also sold out. She didn’t give up and continue to assist me and brought me other options. Needless to say I went with one of her recommendations, she exceeded my expectations of customer service, she was attentive, helpful, courteous, and friendly. Thank you!!! Amazing customer service! Before I left I wanted to say thank you and get her name but I didn’t see her.

The place of this store is awesome. I love the blazers and the formal style of clothes in the Express.

Took my godson to the Valley Fair Mall to get a suit for his college graduation and had a great experience. RICARDO was an excellent sales associate. When we found a suit that we thought was perfect he suggested trying on another suit with a different cut/style for comparison. It turns out that the jacket of the second style and the pants from the original style was the best combination. His attention and knowledge helped my godson get a great looking suit. We also bought the pink dress shirt that he suggested which made the blue suit pop!! My godson is thrilled with his new suit!! Much appreciated Ricardo!

Express men is an awesome store. Great well fitting styles and helpful associates! My go to place for new men's styles.

Great selection of cloths also many different fitting rooms.

Great range of products, it would be easier to combine the two men’s & women’s store for family purchases.
