The Container Store

It is ALL about organizing, storing and etc. Two levels of containers, organizers, [home] office stuff, shelves, hangers (I haven't seen so many I all my life), and many others. Just walking and watching makes your life more organized I think.

One of the best places to get all your things organized. I mean ALL sorts of things: they have solutions for all places in your house and even outside of it.
The prices are high but usually things are unique so it worth the price.
There is a drawing table for kids on the second floor so you can keep them busy while looking around.
Staff is absolutely friendly and helpful.

Nerdvana for the organization lovers! Every aisle has something you'll likely love and want to buy - even if you don't need it. :) Specially as it relates to travel stuff. Two storeys, well organized in a bright and airy store. Prices are on the high side, but can't beat the convenience. Lots of staff, very friendly.

Excellent selection 9f containers for small apartments, unusual corners,I was looking because I moved into a spacious studio and needed ideas.

Warning. Entering the store will make you get inspired about organizing your home or apartment. There is storage for every room and closet, kitchen and bathroom. The selection of storage is greater than what you can get at Home Depot and Daiso. The store is located in Santana Row right off of Winchester Boulevard parking garage. This is a huge store with cute storage bins for kids room, bedroom closet design, storage bins for the refrigerator, spices, and so much more. Take an inventory of what you need to store at home, get some measurements as far as how tall your spices and your beauty products are so that way you can buy an appropriate size storage bin or storage drawer when you go to the store. He will spend at least a half an hour or more in the store while you walk down each aisle getting inspired. Happy spring cleaning!

I love this store. You can find pretty much anything you can think of organizing something including Travel. I used to live very close to here and wish my current location has a store as well. I am going to travel soon and it is amazing how many convenient/interesting items they carry. I could find a lot of items on Amazon but it is nice to see something in person.

Very handy store to find all types of home organizer items. Went to pick up drawer grip liners. Found rubberized slim hangers which I had been wanting to find and a couple of shoe boxes, front loading type which is convenient. We should support these local retailers where we can actually try out what we are purchasing, otherwise it is a impossible to know if you chose the best option you want.

One of my favorite store to go for shelves. Good quality products.
Staff are friendly and helpful. I usually go there early to miss all the traffic from Santana Row.

I came to Santana row specifically to come to the store. I love having a place with so many choices. While here I took many pictures of the products and the placards that included measurements so that I could go home and decide exactly what I want to put where. The layout in the store is nice, the staff was helpful and the number of choices was exceptional.

I have high praises for an employee at the Container Store on Steven's Creek in San Jose. When I called the store with a small problem, Richelle answered the phone. She was friendly, efficient, and quickly resolved my issue. I hope her supervisors read this and appreciate her!!

Well run, well stocked. I enjoyed the store. Staff helped me find the goods I needed. They were very helpful, had some life. I was very happy an I well be back. It might cost an extra buck, but they have what you want.

Two story store that can be easily seen from the road and that has a wide variety of products. Everything was laid out in a great way, wasn't cluttered, and all employees are knowledgeable. I parked in the parking garage and it was a two to three min walk to the store. They do have parking in front of the store for heavier items.

Needed to organize a storage closet. I had a general idea of what we needed however, they offer a free design service and our designer Pat was great! She took the time to ask questions about the purpose of the storage and it really showed in the design! Can't wait to have it instslled :)

This place is heaven for people who love to organize things around the house. I’m not that person, but I can always find what I need. Most products are modern/contemporary looking, which is my style. The store itself is well laid out, organized (duh), and not messy at all.

The container store is the place for all types of storage containers for home.

Debbie Arce is the designer of the Elfa closet systems at the San Jose Container Store. She was very professional and did a fantastic job of designing a system that maximized the space in our closet. Debbie was very helpful with our virtual consultation and stayed in contact prior and after the installation to make sure everything was seemless.

As for the installation, Andy and his partner were actual Container Store employees. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they were not contractors. Andy and his partner were done in less than an hour and cleaned up very neatly. I couldn't believe how nicely they put the boxes away.

The Elfa system is very functional and reasonable. I had an appointment scheduled with California Closets and cancelled it, because my girlfriend and I were so impressed with Debbie's presentation and the functionality of Elfa. With everything completed we have not one regret. I would recommend Elfa, Debbie and The Container Store San Jose to anyone.

Awesome experience, first time shopping here. But great experience. They deliver to your car, how awesome is that. Just order online, park outside notify them on the app and boom they'll bring it out to you.

Brings my partners joy. IMO much of the products are flimsy take care to make sure it’ll be durable enough for your use.
