What are my favorite spots to go to when I’m in New York? Is the Apple Store in Soho as it’s next to where I work when I come into the city the store is always filled with. Very very good employees that really know their stuff. They’re very welcoming and offer you all the help. You need to get done what you need to get done.

I just love this store! I've been shopping here for many years and every time it is a pleasure. Today was no exception. I walked in with a question and was immediately engaged in conversation with a knowledgeable staff member Chris. He took his time, answered all of my questions, and patiently helped with ideas for our small business. In the end, I left with a brand new grey MacBook Air and a smile. It was the exact experience you hope to have when making a big investment. Thank you!!!!!!

I had such a good experience with every single staff I encountered at Apple soho. Keun, my Genius Bar helper was someone I felt was a friend and could chat with. Everyone else was super personable, and willing to educate on products. This is honestly a well employed store and I’ll probably come back for future purchases.

The Apple Store staff were amazing at this store, especially Patrick! They were there to help me with getting my new phone and setting it up. When I had issues with my carrier, Patrick helped me tremendously and made it his mission to help me get me my phone and set it up. Very grateful to have Patrick helping me and being at this Apple Store!

You do not need to see Apple store pics. But what I wanted to highlight is that sales individuals are honest. Wanted to buy an Apple Watch Ultra and read in blogs that the might not work if you have tattoos, which I have. They advised me in fact that it would be better not to buy the article since it may not work. Great example of honesty 🙌

The only reason I am giving the rating a 5, is because of Ricardo they associated ended up assisting me at the end. He was exquisite, well mannered, knowable, not overbearing. Just made me feel very comfortable with my purchase.

Love this store. Helped to fix the issues I had with the devices I brought in to repair. Thanks to the Genius Bar folks. I feel bad that I can't remember my genius name. She was well knowledgeable of everything and took care of everything for us, including another staff member by the name of Jenn. Jenn is Gem. I spent hours in Apple, but it went by so fast as Jenn took care of us during the time my computer was backing up. Very accommodating to my kids. Immaculate service. That store is clean and beautiful. Left paying a big bill, but it's priceless to the service and products we received.

A large 2-storey Apple Store that displays and sells Apple products. While the architecture may not be as magnificent as the Apple Store in Fifth Avenue, the entrance is large enough to accommodate a lot of people without it being uncomfortable.

This store is packed whenever visited. Luckily, there are plenty of friendly staff to assist with enquires. This place is good to check out the latest Apple products. It is clean and well maintained - considering the amount of traffic.

Bonus that there are restrooms for you to use.

Great service and quick. I purchased an iPad on line in advance. That was definitely a good call!

I made my order online then I went to pick up. I got a pick up windows. I went in my window there was only one person ahead of me. I was asked for my confirmation number. Then I was asked if it's okay to check my body temperature. And I was asked couple of questions for covid 19 then I was allowed to enter the store

Something great every thing was Disinfected and all Apple team were working deligently to disinfect everything

The I did the checkout if my order. And was asked if I have any questions then I left the whole process took less than 15 min
