Every employee should be as kind and efficient as Mahmuda is to me, with my Service Dog, every time I visit the 290 Mulberry Street Store.

I had by far the best CVS experience at this place, the pharmacist explained and wrote down all the travel meds I should get with patience. The staff checked on me proactively to see if I need any help and always had a smile on their face. It wasn’t the cvs which you’d wait 10min for someone to unlock the products. Maybe I was just lucky, still, kudos to the crew.

This is a very busy location yet the staff here are on point all the time. They are friendly and helpful. The manager is so good you’d think he owns the place. Very professional and friendly. He always greets me as well as everyone else in the store

I never leave reviews but I had to leave a review for this CVS because the people working there were BEYOND nice for just being a CVS! I had a few non-CVS coupons for a chips brand but one of them wasn't working, and I could tell that they did everything they could to get it to work, and they were super nice, patient, and apologetic about it. Truly above and beyond and so kind I really appreciated it! Great vibes from the staff thank you again!!

I don’t usually leave a review for a drug store but because of the excellent customer service that Vincent has provided I feel like I have to. I was in need of the centrum multivitamin, was put on hold by two different people and then Vincent took care of my question ( which was if they had any left and the price, very simple). He kindly offered to put it on hold for me, was also very polite. Thanks again!

Great service - filled my prescription super fast and kept my phone safe after I accidentally left it behind.

They are always nice and friendly!! Store is clean. I stopped going to other CVS stores years ago because of high prices and poor service, but when ! my insurance changed I had to use CVS and this pharmacy is one of the best EVER!! Super friendly and helpful, staff goes above and beyond!!!

CVS at Mulberry/Houston Sts is a great site—helpful staff and clean store and well stocked.

I called Duane Reid pharmacy at Broadway and Grant for price of Generic drug ( Carvedilol) . I was told it will be $ 1000 for two months supply. I said it used be $ 22 at CVS few weeks ago . She insisted it is going to cost me $1000 if I brought my prescription to them. I called CVS at Mullberry street and they filled it for $59 . This Duane Reid pharmacy was going to rob me ( retired non white patient on SS ) of $941 . Stay away from Duane Reid , they are a scam. It is no different than being robbed of $941 on the street.

I’m from providence Rhode Island, and came to new york for vacation and i needed a refill of my daughters medecine Seroquel, it is a very dificul med to get this and NGOZI at this cvs tried her harder to get me my daughter's medecine, and she did, she called the farmacy in providence Rhode Island i we called my insurence, she called othe famacys to find the me medecine.
