Picked up balloons and signs for my husbands birthday and they were very helpful. And I was able to get in and out of the store with ease.

I was there this past Sunday, I had my autistic son with me and as we were getting close to the check out he wanted to go to the area where they have the balloons. He got upset when I told him no and threw himself to the floor. An employee came and asked if it was the noise bothering him I told her no and explained the situation. She right away asked her coworker to blow a small balloon for him. Extremely nice of them and made our checking out and walking back to the car so easy with no issues. Will definitely be back to this location!

Use this location for a lot of balloon orders and they are always ready to go when I arrive! The manager even recently helped me load my car when I had a few too many balloons to handle! Great customer service

Very happy with the selections of stuff for all occasions that this place has. Kellie and Charleen were very nice and helpful when the Wife and I checked out. We purchased four bags of items for an up coming party, all for under eighty dollars! I also love it when You into the store and They great Ya by saying, "Welcome to the Party!" Hahaha. Very nice marketing ploy.

I am a doordash delivery driver who rarely goes to party city unless I'm shopping for a customer order. The place is basically terrifying if you're not familiar with where everything is. BUT, today I found Charlene! She was absolutely amazing!! I had to find 21 items, miss Charlene walked with me and went down the entire list making sure I had everything. she even helped me scan the items to make sure everything was correct. Definition of ABOVE and BEYOND. So if you need party supplies I recommend this location. Ask for Charlene if you feel overwhelmed lol

Great experience today! Immediately welcomed when I walked in. They asked me what I was looking for today, walked me straight to exactly what I needed, and went to the register and left. 100% A+ customer service and the store was very clean and organized

This store and it's managers were incredibly helpful with our school event. They explained things in detail and provided helpful tips before we placed our order. When we had issues with some of the balloons after delivery, they immediately solved the problem. Their quick response and helpful solution was very much appreciated, and I felt they went above and beyond.

The boss is usually on top of visual, just not today. Was shocked to see Halloween decor. This location is still 5 stars. The new team is awesome, super friendly. Speedy service, love it.

Wow! The remodel has really opened this place up. It's bright and airy with TONS of natural light now. Since the balloon business is big for them, it's now a big focus of the store setup. It's also designed so that people can shop easier or wait for balloons without constaly being in each other's way. The staff was all masked up with sanitizer stationed in multiple locations throughout the store for COVID-19.

when in looking for a sonic costume sticker on the wall said out of stock see sales associate so he went to the cashier and she was kind of acting like we were bothering her asking questions if we could call to see you when the costumes would be in so then we went back to the Isle and another employee named Maritza went above and beyond went in the Back store room and came back with a costume my little boy was so happy I thought he was going to cry tears of joy more employees need to take customer service like she did I was greatly appreciated my son even gave her a hug it was a job well done

They re-arranged the store and I found it to appear more open and inviting. It was a worthwhile update. I easily found what I was looking for and the staff was helpful.

Local Highland branch is great. They made gorgeous balloon centerpieces for our daughter's 1st birthday party. Everything was ready on time & they bagged all the balloons fir easier transport. .....they also have a great Halloween selection! :)

The people that work there are very friendly and helpful. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for, to make my daughter's birthday party fantastic. I would recommend going to this store for all of your special occasion needs.
