Cafe Borgia

We had the BEST fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp I have EVER had in my life. The noodles were perfection, the shrimp was perfectly cooked, and the alfredo sauce was sublime. My husband had the red trout with green beans and mashed sweet potatoes. He also thought it was phenomenal. The waitress was excellent and engaged with my 8 year old daughter as well. Next time we visit Indiana, we WILL come back to this restaurant. I dream about that food and how wonderful it was. Whatever you do, come to this restaurant. Go out of your way to go there, I guarantee you will NOT regret it.

Always a great time! Staff are all very friendly and provide great service. The food was all so delicious, everything was full of flavor. The Minestrone is my favorite. The restaurant itself is beautiful and cozy. There’s outdoor sitting perfect for the summer days. Definitely coming back to celebrate and enjoy their delicious food.

We went in with a party of 5 adults and me with my service dog the hostess was well versed on what can be asked and what can't be asked. We sat in the bar area and our Server Sammy was great even calling people by name as she heard us talking. The food was some of the best we've had.

This place is, absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is so Aesthetic to the Italian genre. The service was beyond expectations as multiple servers were helping each table. Talk about teamwork! Let's talk food! I got the lasagna and my boyfriend got the braised lamb. It was stupendous!

We were in for a one day trip but it was well worth the experience!

Always delicious and friendly service. Even the toddler approved. He ordered the same thing mommy always orders and he loved it as much as I do - the Rigatoni Smoked Chicken. The tiramisu is amazing. I am a connoisseur of tiramisu and theirs is the best out there. I live 5 hours away and make sure to get some every time I'm in town.

Bellissimo! The food is consistently delicious here at Café Borgia. We ate like “kings” for about $80. The caprice salad was the biggest surprise for us. Layered on pesto and olive oil it was by far the most delicious one I’ve ever had. The bread bowl is crunchy and hard to stop eating. The Americano pizza has flavors that won’t quit atop a thin, yeasty crust. To top it all off we had the flourless chocolate cake with raspberry sauce and homemade whipped cream. Light and airy pairing well with decaf coffee. We sat in the bar and our waitresses were attentive and met every dining need. If in the area you MUST try Cafe Borgia!

Good was good. I ordered the porcini pasta, which I've had many times before. Husband and I were seated in the bar. I was asked by the waitress if I wanted to add a chicken breast to the pasta. Unknowingly, I said sure. I was shocked when the bill came that the chicken added an extra $10 to the $17 pasta.

The food is always phenomenal!!! My service is usually the same. However, this last visit, my waitress was not attentive. She was talking to regulars that come in often. I understand that at some point, you always want to acknowledge regulars. Make sure you're guest are ok, then finish your conversation. I'm a big tipper. I've worked in the casino industry for 18 years. So she was going to get a tip even for bad service 🤔. She didn't know that but I did. To put the icing on her HORRIBLE!!!! service, she tried to tip hustle me. I always leave cash because when I leave it on the card, the waiter or waitress has to pay taxes, and I don't want that. I signed my slip because I charged the food on my card. I put a big zero with a line on the tip part because I leave cash. She comes up to me once my husband goes to the bathroom and says, "Did you give me the correct receipt because it says zero in the tip?" and I thought that this was your copy. At the bottom of the receipt, i gave her CLEARY, which says merchant copy. I looked at her and said, "What does the bottom say it CLEARY say merchant, you definitely got the correct copy. This was my 4th time at Cafe Boujia. I've always had a wonderful time, great food and service. I just didn't like the way she tried to play me. I don't want anyone else to feel like I did or go through this. If the company sees this, you should professionally train your staff because this is a BEAUTIFUL upscale restaurant, and I'm sure you don't want this type of reputation.

Had a baby shower here and we had bread, salad, and pizzas. Everything was so good! We loved the pizza so much we got it later that same night for dinner. Thin crispy cracker like crust with delicious toppings, can’t wait to have the pizza again this place was awesome!

One of the top three Italian Restaurants in the Region. Tough to an all-around winner we go where we are closest. The pizzas are consistent, hot, and delicious (comparable to Little Italy and Giuseppe’s, each with its own flavor). Meats and and all the pasta is fresh, hot, and delicious. The Osso Buco is tender and a favorite for many in our family. Wait staff are all friendly and fine-dining quality professional.

Cafe Borgia has to be one of the absolute BEST restaurants in the area. Their food from appetizers to desserts is out of this world and the service is astounding. We hosted our son and daughters Christening here, and we couldn’t be more thankful for Karen, Grace, and the entire staff for ensuring it turned into one of our favorite days. Our guests couldn’t stop raving over the food, and the staff was so attentive to what was a very large group. I could go on and on but I would HIGHLY recommend Cafe Borgia to anyone I know. Oh and I’m still dreaming of the tiramisu!!

Fantastic food for a great price! I went there today for lunch and I ordered the Fried Goat Cheese and the Grilled Vegetables. I found both items to be delicious. Before the meal, there was bread and butter which were together were very good as well. There are more items on the menu I would like to try, so I think I'll be coming back here in the future!

Went there to celebrate a friend's birthday - all our food was great! Service was wonderful as well. Such a pretty environment - a bit loud (sound tiles would be helpful), but overall a fabulous experience! We will return!

Delicious Italian food! We have been here a few times and are never disappointed. The restaurant is lovely and the food and service are always impeccable. If you are in the area, it's definitely worth checking out.

Had seafood and shells. It was awesome! Service is wonderful, as usual.02-11-24: My wife and I came for lunch after church. We both ordered Fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken...Very Good! Service and atmosphere is top notch!

Cafe Borgia is an excellent Italian restaurant! It is small and intimate, yet large enough to not feel cramped when dining.They also have private rooms, and outdoor areas, to accommodate guests.There is ample free parking on the premises.The entrance and restrooms are handicapped accessible.The ambiance is wonderful and conducive to enjoying your meals.The layout is easy to maneuver, and the interior design old world, charming and beautiful.The ceiling is awesome with a stunning display of Lotton Art Glass Chandeliers. The menu offers popular dishes, desserts, cocktails, as well as catering and customized party menus and packages. The waite staff is superior! Above all, the food is absolutely delicious!!!!!!

Great amazing food and service. This place is like a hidden gem in Munster! Will definitely be a regular here! Everything we tried was beyond expectations! We had the best wine there as well. I’d give 10 stars if able! If you haven’t been here, what are you waiting for!?!?

Just met someone for a brief business meeting. Great service and atmosphere. Definitely going back to have some food. Tge aromas there are amazing.

Great service and very friendly, curteous and helpful staff. The food is very delicious! What you order is what you get so read carefully.. I ordered something by mistake but it was all still good the lamb is especially exquisite but come with an empty stomach as all the plates are pretty big.
I only tried one appetizer (the smoked salmon) and it was surprisingly delicious! I will return for more!

Delicious food shrimp and seashells was excellent. Creme Brule for dessert was the perfect end to my meal. I had a pomegranate martini that was just right!
