The customer service was excellent a young lady named Regina went totally out of her way to help me find something that wasn't even in her department while carrying a picture that someone else asked her to take up front she needs a raise and she did it all with a smile thanks Regina

What would have been a regular trip to Kohl's and just following the wife around the store became a really nice experience. Miriam checked us out and the experience was great, because she gave us every financial break she could. She was fast about it. Her smile is warming. If you have a chance to see her or have the chance to go through her checkout, you have been blessed.

Ruth from Sephora the Highland Indiana location was AMAZING!!! I have been looking for over 13 years for the perfect concealer. Although I did my own research on the brand I wanted to try, I ended up purchasing the wrong shade for myself. Again I was about to give up but I went back to the same Sephora I brought the wrong concealer from the night before, not only did Ruth direct me to where I needed to be but offered to help me find the perfect match. After testing the product on me I was shocked to see how beautiful it turned out. I wanted to cry. No more under eye dark circles thanks to Ruth. Without her help I’m positive I would have purchased the wrong shade again. She even suggested in the future other brands she think’s would work for me as well. She was friendly, made me feel good about myself and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much Ruth.

The wait is hardly ever long at this Kohl's. The employees in the women's and juniors are especially knowledgeable. Cashiers are skilled and service does everything they can to help you. The girls at Sephora are incredible too. Do visit them, since they know what they're doing.

Service was excellent at the Highland, IN store #0229. 2 male floor employees provided price checks on items at the discounted rate. Then at checkout, the cashier suggested my wife apply for her own Kohl's credit card which will include additional price discounts on our current purchase. Her name is Donna F. She was very helpful and the entire process only took about 15 minutes including the new card approval and check out. At the completion, we got a voucher for $10 Kohl's cash and additional 15% off on our next purchase during the upcoming Sept 15 - 24th, 2023. We plan to make use of that.

I had only.been to Kobl's maybe twice since it opened in our area.Thanks to my girlfriend giving us a gift card for our 30th anniversary, I was able to clearly experience the magic of the store. I was not aware that it had so many unique designer clothes and a creative display of unusual trinkets for every special person on my list.

With all clothing stores closing I'm glad I can shop in person at Kohl's. Cashiers are always friendly and helpful. My cashier, Tesha, was very helpful in me making my purchases.

Ruth and Makenzie really helped me out alot when it came to picking out good gifts for my mothers birthday, they were extremely friendly and knowledgeable.I also appreciated the fact that they showed my how to access Kohl’s rewards and use my points. Thank you again for the help!

I love this Kohl's in Highland, IN., the associates are always helpful and kind. Today my favorite associate was Miriam, if I could give her a 10 I would, she was so delightful.

Rarely shop here and so we were pleasantly surprised to view the selections. Staff is pleasant and checkout person Miriam is the sweetest and most helpful. Give that woman a raise!
