Great job today. Alexis and Elijah went above and beyond. I had an installation to do and a short time to do it. My order wasn’t ready yet, but they got it for me in no time.

I bought a computer. I was astonished that the hard drive was located in the monitor. Yes I am a geezer. The lad who helped me probably thought I was 90 based on the level of excitement I exhibited about this space age technology.

My son requested a mouse as a gift for his girlfriend so they can game together. They had such a large variety and the price range varied just as much. Nice selection with great options.

I was having some problems with my phone, the Samsung person was just wonderful. He took the time to explain and answered all of my questions. Thanks.

I had a compustar remote starter installed today, 11/04/23. I'm not sure of the technician name, however he was very polite, professional and, knowledgeable. I'll definitely be back to have some subwoofers installed.

Household electronic items are reasonably priced. In other words, prices are more or less at par with Costco, however, warranty/ guarantee and after sale support aren't.

Attended with my son and grands. Very nice welcome by minister. People very friendly. Church school kick off was a big hit!

They had the USBC to HDMI cable that I needed. Helpful staff showed me where to look. Had several options of the same cable.

Bought speaker wire and asked a few questions that were answered. Clean, brightly lite store. All employees very polite. We went back and bought new DVD player my questions weren't answered to my satisfaction. So I think if I need anything else or have questions I will go back to Merrillville. Keep you posted.

That was the VERY FIRST time I was treated professionally and respectfullly at any Best Buy, no matter the location.

Best buy is one my favorite place to shop as a matter of fact I'm looking for some tvs on sale now

They had exactly what we were looking for and they were very knowledgeable and helpful.

I went to verizon section there and everything was good and the customer service guy he was soo patient and made everything clear for me, where i purchased an iphone 12 pro max for my wife, and a cover and a screen protector for it.

Great experience at Best Buy, the sales man Ken was extremely helpful and kind. I learned a lot from Ken. Best Buy is a great store.
