Love this store , I signed up to receive text and received a text on 50% off the entire store except the Brazilian hair. And bought $75 worth of items and paid half of that. They have very polite and professional workers.

Yooooo I went in here absolutely confused about what I needed to buy and these guys helped me every step of the way.

I went into this location. I was looking for a new shampoo to help with dry hair. I asked one of the employees by the name of David. This young man was very helpful and listened to my needs. He helped pick out a product that he felt was good for me. We had a pleasant conversation and helped ring me out. I am definitely satisfied with the customer service and friendliness of the staff.

Let me just say the staffing is very helpful. My boy's Sam and David are awesome with the customer service and the other guy too(forgot his name). Location was a great pick. Closer for me. Store has what you need 98% of the time. Love the fact that a salon is connected. I'm sure it's very convenient for those who live in the area. Keep up the good work.

Huge store and it also has a beauty shop inside but I've never gotten my hair done there because my daughter does it. The one time I tried they never called back as they stated so that was a negative for me. Outside of that my shopping experience is always great and they have associates available to help you on a regular. P.S. make sure to check out their $1 rack of shampoo's, conditioner, lotion and etc they display daily.

Always friendly and helpful. Never following you around as if you're stealing like the others. I only shop here and most importantly the rewards/ discounts makes adds icing to the cake.

I do my own hair, makeup, skincare, etc. and have since I was about 9, as have my 5 sisters, 2 daughters and my grandchildren are too young to consistently style hair. My brothers a a 1)Barber

An associate of mine, a man, can grow his hair from bald to shoulder length within 3 seasons. I braid and treat his hair. He has 5 daughters he raised but he can't cornrows his own hair. I love hair but I don't get to do hair often. Free.99 doesn't pay bills usually.
I usually go to the biggest name in bundles, lashes, beads, etc. within 15 minutes of my home. If you know. You know. Their hours have become unpredictable. They closed at 4:00 one day. At 3:40 a staff member literally yelled across 4 aisles that they were closed, waiting for me and she was hungry. Good thing my younger 4 inches taller sister didn't hear. She would have spent 40 more minutes and told her friends. I was there for her daughter and mine. Plus I needed edge control gel.

It was so shocking I laughed and apologized.

Yes if you want all of your customers to take their piece of the billions spent in the world on wigs, lashes & bundles when you feel like I'm doing you a favor spending hundreds for disrespect.

I don't ever wear wigs bundles and lashes. The lashes grow out of my hair follicles and I have to do my own everything else when I don't have the budget nor time.

KALI BEAUTY TREATED ME LIKE A HONORED QUEEN AT THE TAJ MAHAL up until 8:56 pm when they locked up.

Please solicit them. Everything is moving to Indiana; except me. Born and raised there and not impressed. How can you SUPPORT LOCAL when you have to leave a whole state to shop?
