Delicious and fresh food. Line was pretty backed up when we walked in so we utilized the kosko ordering stations. Very busy during the lunch hour, but our food was ready and accurate relatively quickly. Go to stop when on the road and needing a quick and healthy option.

Kids friendly place! You can train your kids to buy on their own.

Absolutely delicious food! So simple and clean. Very filling as well. Such a nice spot for a lunch date, business meeting or place to get some work done. The service was friendly and fast. The interactive kiosks made ordering a breeze! Eboni took our order and was such doll!

Had an issue the other day and I called in. I spoke with Kennan and he offered to make it up the next time I came in.
Came in today and just as he said, it was taken care of. Kudos to Katherine at the cashier for acknowledging my issue and making it up just as Kennan said and even more. I will definitely be back to this establishment because they almost never give me issues.

Ordered a whole Mediterranean sandwich with chips and passion fruit green tea. Only $11! The sandwich was picture perfect when I unwrapped it and so fresh and satisfying. I was a very happy customer today!

We got a half turkey avocado BLT, a half steak and white cheddar, a bowl of chicken noodle soup, and a bowl broccoli and cheddar soup. Very good!

The chicken wild rice soup and the fuji chicken apple salad is my go to. Really good!!! 🤗

Too roo sweet vegetarian squash soup. It was like dessert. Soup must not have sugar.

The guy who is a manager here is awesome as well as the associate manager who is a lady very sweet gracious people.

Ordered for delivery today and was pleasantly surprised at the quality control! I got the Broccoli Cheddar Family Soup & 2 Chocolate Chip Cookies. Everything was fresh and perfectly made. The bread was so soft and still warm when it arrived. The soup was still hot. The cookies were still warm with melty chocolate. Perfect order today. Thank you!

Was very clean and organized. Received my food in a timely manner, and the staff was friendly!

Spoke to Katie today on the phone about an order mix up that was my error. She was so delightful kind and helpful it's rare these days. She's doing a wonderful job! Made my day 🙂

Hello , I go thru the drive thru several times a week and I dont always get good service but when the WONDERFUL employee Ceci is taking my order,, i do!! She is kind, very helpful and knowledgeable. Love her, so sweet and I know she is smiling . Great Job Panera hiring her.

Panera always executes the orders right.. not only does it taste fresh it's also yummy and don't forget to claim a birthday treat if it's your birthday.. my personal fav.. the warm chocolate chip cookies. to die for... lol

Food always fresh. Never disappoints. If I had a complaint it is that when you get the soup and bread, they just put the bread in the bag, not wrapped up or in anything. I don't like that. It has been like that the last 4 times i have come, so i guess that is how they do it. I really wish they would wrap the bread though. I feel that would be more sanitary than the bread just loosely in the bag with your other items.

Kennan and Erica (shorter lady with dyed hair?) are the best managers and you can tell they take their job seriously and have pride in their work, always walking around, asking after customers, And wiping tables. They never make you feel guilty if you have to speak to the manager when the cooks forget the extra ingredients you added. However, I’ve noticed some things go downhill when these managers aren’t there (I.e. dirtier bathrooms, overflowing trash).
