Target

Target is one of my favorite stores. I can personally never just walk in and get the one thing I need. I always end up finding so many good deals or other cute things that I want.

Never had an issue at this Target and have been shopping here for years!

I'm notorious for doing last minute Christmas shopping and typically the workers around the world are grumpy and unpleasant, however this Christmas Eve was different! I grabbed some last minute stocking stuffers and as I made my way to register I was greeted with a very pleasant worker! Her name is Janice and she was dressed with holiday spirit! To be continued.....

Its a Target. I've only had good shopping experiences here. Not sure what else to put in a Target review.

I enjoy shopping at Target. There are always employees around to ask should I need help finding something I want to purchase. Their prices are lower especially for cleaning essentials and household products.
Should I need to return something at their return desk the staff is more than friendly and eager to help.
I always leave the store happy, and look forward to returning again.

I went in the store today and the customer service was amazing. Unfortunately, that is very unusual in our current time, but it is refreshing when it happens. I would definitely spend my money there again.

This review is for the Target mobile department. We had such a great experience here. I took my mom to get a new phone. Anthony was the representative who helped us. He was Awesome!!! He was so patient, friendly and helpful. He really took his time explaining everything. We were also helped by Jordan. Very helpful as well. They both just have great customer service skills.

I just wanted to rate the check out lady. Her name was Paula and she went above and beyond with every customer in line. She was amazing and helped us with the target app on our phone etc. She was a breath of fresh air in this crazy world. Thank you Paula for being such a kind person.

Drive-up makes life so much easier, especially with 2 young children. Rarely is something out of stock that I have on my order, which is good. They're always quick bringing it out to my car, while being respectful and polite. I was against using the service at first just bc Im not a huge fan of change, but I'm so glad Target offers it now.

Quick pickup--super easy--friendly employees! As I picked up my item at the customer service desk, my husband went to grab a few other items. There was a discrepincy with a diaper sale but the employees were quick to address it and were very friendly. Great job Target! Visited on Sunday Jan 12th.

Shanta, I think was her name. I needed two new SIM cards for two smart phones plus answers to some questions about my phones. She was very knowledgeable, professional, patient and nice. This is the kind of person that can give a store a good name. The Highland , IN store is fortunate to have such person employed in their Electronics department.

The ladies at the Electronics department have done it again.. My phone and tablet were both locked. I went to a local repair shop after getting nowhere with Consumer Cellular tech..They saiid take it to Target. I did and after two hours on the phone with C.C., my tablet was unlocked. They had to do a hard reset on the phone. I was not charged anything for the service.

Well done, Autumn and Shanta. I wish I could give them six stars.

Awesome experience and I had the most helpful Associate that catered to my needs. He located 21 large wicker baskets in the stockroom, brought them out on a large flatbed in 2 trips, escorted me to the register, and then to my car. He refused the to take a tip. It gave me a new appreciation for Target.

Thank you Janice! It was son’s first experience handing money to the Target Team Member. She made buying his first Lego set extra fun and special.

To all staff of guest service, I ordered a book online for my wife and needed you to wrap it up for her as I mistakenly ask my wonderful wife to pick it up for me (I know, dumb right?).
Well the wonderful woman I spoke with on the phone was more then willing to help out a absent minded husband in his hour of need. Thank you for helping me, have a wonderful christmas and a great new year!

Excellent customer service! Thank you PAULA! Visited the Highland Indiana Target today and the customer service I got from PAULA was amazing! Beyond words! She helped me navigate the Target app, helped me with the offers and how to scan items and check the price. She took her time to explain everything to me and genuinely wanted to help! I LOVE Target. Staff is helpful, friendly. A lot of the beauty products have an array of cruelty free & natural ingredient selections. Just really appreciate the vibe.

Shipt Shopper. A customer asked for not one but 2 bottles of Mrs. Meyer's cleaner. Walked there... and none were on shelf. An associate walked by and I ask her if I was in the correct aisle, which I was. She asked which cleaner I was looking for... she scanned it, and went to the back stock room to get me 2 bottles. Thank you Jen at the TARGET in St. John, Indiana😊
