Heather, the Sales Associate, was absolutely extraordinary! 😄 Her contagious smile, along with her friendly and professional attitude, made me feel like I was chatting with a great friend. 🙌🏼 I was instantly welcomed with open arms, and Heather went above and beyond to ensure that not only was I taken care of, but also that my box was prepared perfectly. 📦👌🏼

I can't tell you how rare it is to come across such outstanding customer service these days, but Heather truly exceeded all expectations. Her attention to detail and genuine care made the entire experience a breeze. 💯✨

Just dropped off a precious package that required UPS Driver signature. Staff in this location very kindly explained I needed to wait a few minutes for the UPS Driver to sign for it. I waited and sure enough - within minutes Thomas R., the Driver arrived and was just as kind as the staff!

Five-Star performance by staff and driver. Well done!

I just needed to take a few moments to say that every time I go into this location the associates are fabulous. Whoever manages… however they go through their training…. Keep it up! Everything is superb!! Amazing work! I wish I would have caught her name tonight but a female associate just helped me and she made an Amazon exchange so quick and painless. I didn’t have it packed correctly and she said she would help. THANK YOU for turning my day around. You do not know how much it meant to me.

Phill and his team always do an excellent job! They print my banners, notarize my files, and ship important docomunts in the most consistent way ever. Great service and superb reliability!!!

I was in the area and need to return something. Duane great me, the 1st thing that happened -he got a smile! He was cordial, posture even when the store was full, he didn't rush me, he did everything so smoothly and went above and beyond, I give him 5 stars!

Over the past 10 years, I have gone to many UPS stores and I must say that the store located on Vance Jackson and Huebner is the best hands down. When I walk in I am immediately greeted by friendly staff. This location has an upbeat and welcoming atmosphere. As a customer, I have never had the impression that my patronage was an interruption which I cannot say was true at all locations that I have visited in the past. On this particular visit, I was helped by Phil who was attentive, helpful and very professional. The lobby was well stocked and clean. I have recommended this location to all of my friends and family.

As one who ships quite a bit, I am completely convinced this is the best UPS store in town.

I travel an extra 10-15 minutes, with other UPS stores along the way, to turn over my items to the staff at this store. They are always helpful and treat me with kindness and respect.

Anytime I have to visit a different UPS store, I benchmark their performance against the Huebner store. The others never come close.

I have gone to a few UPS stores locally and as someone who has to ship often this location is by far my favorite. Fast and very friendly service! Heather is by far a favorite of mine. She always has a smile and seems to go that extra mile in her customer service (especially when I have a ridiculous amount of questions). I very much appreciate the employees here.

I went in with my partner and had a package that was about 70+ lbs. I was greeted and serviced by heather and her customer service was amazing not only was she a small petite woman she was able to lift the package with breeze. Every UPS STORE NEEDS A HEATHER!

I have used ups store 4817 on Vance jackson and huebner twice this week. Heather waited on me both times. She is an amazing employee she is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I use this store on a regular basis because of how friendly they are. It is not the closest to me but I go there for good service. Thanks again Heather!!!!!!!

So easy to come here! They’re above and beyond thoughtful and kind with my kids while I’m in the store. Shredding service is A+ easy and affordable.

P.s. This year is my 5 and a half year coming to this store, no matter where I live I come back here for any service I need to do.

The level of service at this UPS store on Huebner Rd. should be the standard everywhere. Heather went above and beyond in helping me ship some priceless pieces.

I rarely leave reviews but this particular location is always quick and professional. Heather is always always very kind and knowledgeable.
