AT&T Store

Store Manager Stephanie (I hope I got her spelling right) was wonderful to work with. She actually remembered me from over a year ago, fantastic customer service. Quick, straightforward, helpful.

Stephanie G is an incredible customer service representative! I had an AT&T representative from another location incorrectly place my order, and Stephanie was able to rectify the situation and make me feel at ease about everything that it happened she’s very knowledgeable and does a great job! Highly recommend

Came in for a SIM card change and Bri and Jacob were so helpful! I had questions about my bill and Stephanie was able to lower it. Amazing service!

I was really discouraged about switching over to AT&T because I had issues with setting up a new service online and it was cancelled. I went to the store located on Elliot and Alma School and Stephanie helped me tremendously in making sure I have a seem-less experience. She made sure I was leaving the store with new service and a new phone.

During the visit I had an issue with porting my number and identity verification. Stephanie made sure I was able to keep my new number as well as having my identity recovered through the correct department so that she can finish my enrollment with AT&T.

Stephanie was an absolutely pleasure to work with. She made sure that I was offered any and every discount possible.

I am so happy to be apart of the AT&T family.

Thank you Lukas. He was absolutely, 100% awesome. I went into the store on Saturday night around closing time. Lukas greeted me immediately and asked if I needed assistance. He did not rush or try to get me out because the store was about to close. Instead he helped me with the utmost of professionalism and courtesy. He took the time to troubleshoot my issues, and carefully explained all my options to me. He even took the time to call other associates to see if there was a better option for me. Thank you Lukas for treating me like a valued customer.

This ATT was very helpful and friendly. I was planning to upgrade my phone to the newest model and they helped me order and gave me all the information I needed. Stephanie was amazing and charismatic through the whole process. 10/10 would recommend!

Daniel had provided excellent service in the store to help us add one new line and upgrade our account. He understood the process very well, and explained every details to us and remind us several follow-up for the trade in device. We all were very satisfied with his professional service that day.

We always have a great experience at this AT&T location (Eliot & Alma School). We walked into the store to a room of new faces. They were friendly and courteous, even when it was nearing the end of their day. Daniel tended to all of our needs and questions. We knew what we needed, and he stuck to the plan, providing helpful information and suggestions when necessary. He was honest and straightforward, a rare occurrence in the sales industry these days. The manager on duty, although I didn’t catch his name, was on point and very attentive to our conversations, even from afar, and stepped in to add some extra input when needed. I’ve never walked away unhappy from this specific AT&T in 3 years, and to get the same satisfaction from a crew I have yet to see is incredible. Thank you Daniel & Team, you are all great!

We went in to get me a new cell phone. Ms Stephanie Green greeted us right away and helped me with the phone I wanted. She was able to help me with all the accessories I needed without being annoying with the up-sells. Hasan Paige also helped with finding us some additional savings. They were the best people to work with and a perfect example of great customer service. Thank you to them both.

After going to a bunch of different AT&T stores I came to this one and Stephanie and Hasan helped me out. They have excellent customer services skills and helped me out with buying a new phone.
