From the moment I walked in to American furniture warehouse. I felt at home. VJay was my sales person. She has the brightest smile, and the most welcoming demeanor. She listened to what I was looking for and showed me different products until I found the one that I really loved. She then proceeded to tell me how the delivery was going to go and explained that she would be calling as soon as it was ready. She called me as promised, and the delivery was right on time. Everything was smooth. The movers were pleasant. They made sure my chair was right where I wanted it, and I could not be happier! I highly recommend American furniture warehouse!

Purchased a bed online with bed Bath and beyond, the quality was so poor the bed was unusable, and I hired someone to haul it away. Walked into American furniture, what an amazing experience! Excellent customer service from the showroom to Delivery, the bed is far superior to what I ordered online for less money! Couldn't be happier thank you American furniture.

This is the second furniture purchase that I have made from AFW. They are wonderful to do business with. Steve Elliot was my salesman he made sure to get all of the pieces of my sectional delivered to me, even though most of it was not in stock. Communication was excellent. Steve even called me on his day off to update me. The delivery was smooth and right on time. The delivery drivers were great. The couch is beautiful and very comfortable. I can't say enough good things about AFW!

We had a good experience both times we were there. We bought an entire bedroom set as well as a couch and recliner and walked out of there with less than 3k spent. All the sales people are fairly low pressure(quick intro, ask if you have questions and give a name and will be around if needed) there was one guy that was high pressure and kept bugging us so we made sure not to use him when we were ready for the purchase.. the other note worthy thing was the guys that loaded my pickup.. this one guy insisted 3 times on tieing my load down with twine and after the 2nd time of telling him I got it, I just gave up and let him do his thing and then pulled away and secured the load properly myself.. my guess is he deals with a lot of people that aren't prepared and just does his thing.. what he didn't know or ask is how far it was that I had to travel (over an hour away) and being a CDL driver, I make sure the load is DOT standards and twine is not a rated form of securement. Now I could have probably made it home with no problems with the twine but if an accident were to happen and a couch flew out and killed or injured someone, I would have to explain to my company why I failed at securement and would probably be let go from my job.. so long story even longer, it was a good experience, just be patient with the guys who load you.. we will be back for sure when we need more furniture

Over all great experience! They listened to what we were looking for and helped us make the right choice. The delivery was quick and the men were polite and cleaned up after themselves. This is our second purchase and we will continue going back.

The service at the store was excellent, not pushy, very helpful. The delivery service was quick, efficient, friendly, and professional. Very happy with the entire overall service. The furniture was assembled, and set up to my liking they cleaned up after themselves and left no trace of them being in my house other than the furniture they dropped off

Placed order with Ron at the Gilbert store. Very attentive to our needs with great communication. Order came in earlier than expected and he arranged prompt delivery. The two delivery gentleman also came earlier than expected within their window, which was awesome. They were very professional, friendly, quick. The whole experience was tremendous. The quality of the bed, dresser and nightstands are amazing.

I ordered a cabinet 1 week ago and it was delivered today. I got a text for a morning time frame of delivery and then text msgs 1/2 hr and 15 minutes prior to delivery. The cabinet is 84 inches long and they carried it in, set it where I wanted. They made it look very easy! Very professional and high quality service from order to delivery. And the cabinet is beautiful and sturdy!

Best prices I have found for good quality furniture. My wife and I just purchased a beautiful dining set and had it delivered. The store salesperson Susie Taylor was very nice and informative. She did a great job explaining the product and the delivery process to us. We were able to choose different chairs to match the look and cpmfort level we wanted for the table. The delivery guys were also very nice and were very careful bringing the dining set inside and setting it all up for us. They fully explained and made sure that we were aware of the 12 month warranty. Overall 5 star rating for this company. We are extremely satisfied and will continue to purchase more product in the future.

Jonathan, our salesman was absolutely wonderful. He was not pushy. He was very educated on the furniture pieces, and we will be contacting him again when we come back.

Eric from the Gilbert, Az store did a great job helping my mother and I order this curio cabinet for my home. Even though it took three delivery attempts despite some defects they rescheduled right away. So they work with you. I’m pretty happy with the outcome and thankful for the on time delivery. The delivery gentlemen were great bringing in the heavy cabinet into my home. We will be ordering again from AFW.

I really enjoyed shopping there being able to look around and not have to talk to the salesman right away. The day I bought my furniture was the second day I have been in there the first day I just looked around and got ideas and came home to see how those would work in my tiny home. The second day I knew about what I wanted and we found Allison she helped us a lot with just ideas because I do live in a small area I really appreciated her help and the transaction went very well. I will be back there when I get ready to buy my bedroom set thank you! Also it's just fun to go in and look around! Also it's not forget the guys who delivered they were fantastic fast and knew what they were doing! Thank you!

Everything was perfect from the salesman to the Delivery men. The same chair was $600 more at Ashley furniture We are super happy with the price. This store and the service are amazing We will definitely be back.

The delivery was great & the technicians set up the bed for us. Without a doubt, I would use AFW services again. Happy New Year 2024

Awesome experience. Walked in, me and the wife were greeted by Gil and he let us know everything we needed to know. Told him we had an hr and a half to be approved and get the couch because me and the lady had work and had family coming in from out of town. Got us the perfect couch and even rearranged the sectionals for us to find out what we wanted to buy all within that time frame. In and out, no big surprises. Big props to Gil, thanks man! Only place I’ll buy furniture, prices and quality are unmatched.
