Circle K

After reviewing several of the reviews, I’m just so flabbergasted and confused as to how some, can say this is one of the “better Circle K’s” or “more reliable” but choose to use their review to air the complaints about others. It just appears unfocused to me. It also comes across as inconsiderate of the effort put into this location, by its employees. Furthermore, it’s tone deaf.

I’ve been a regular customer at this store. My family frequents this store. I have nothing but praise for the team at this store. I can only imagine the effort they put in, for the little praise they get, considering how disgruntled other locations make people, to the point that they just pick this one to air their grievances.

They must be working double time.

It saddens me to see prior reviews slamming certain employees. I have been a daily customer for many years. The employees are always friendly and try their best to ensure customer satisfaction. However I suppose you have to expect poor reviews and accusations from customers who were caught attempting to steal. As far as the Hispanic employee they mentioned he is an excellent employee and has never been anything but a gentleman. The store is always clean and well stocked. I come to this circle k cause I'm treated like family. So thank you to HB, Dan, Grumpy, America, Nick, Marcel and Bella thank you all for doing your jobs well.

Their store is very well maintained, I’m Always greeted super friendly and the manager goes above and beyond to answer or fix any issues that may have. They always have great food ready to go, especially because sometimes I’m in a hurry. I Never feel rushed or just another customer. I will continue to drive where I get respect and a smile Every time!!

One of the best Circle K I have been to. Best Employees so kind friendly and helpful. The store always remains clean and fully stalked. If something isn't right it gets addressed right away! My favorite gas station!

All I can say is just WOW! THANK YOU HISPANIC day shift worker D for the ASSISTANCE that I usually never get anytime I go to a circle k. Thank you for your courtesy and especially helpful with the self checkout.also a shout out to the older gentleman who refers to himself as Grumps lol even tho I may never call you that Thank You for going in your cooler and grabbing me the 2 dozen drinks I needed for my coworkers and I. Thought Id have to wait awhile for you to finish restocking the drinks but you made sure we were set and good to go in our Time Crunch! Also for the manager who runs the store, I applaud you for how clean and greatly maintained you have your employees and store. Thank you very much for the help and believe me when I say you're my go to store. I'd rather drive 10 to 15 mins out of my way and get TREATED with RESPECT and ASSISTED better than most. So again Thank You.

This seems to be A new Circle K location. It has lots of pumps 15 or 16 lots of space to move around and a great big store very well lit I like this location

I have been across the whole Phoenix East Valley from central Phx to Apache Junction and every Circle K I have been in over the past month or so are dirty, no bathrooms or out of order, rude staff, products are out of stock, need I say more? I have even walked out of some because I was just disgusted! 🥺

One of the best customer service experience ever. I was traveling for work to Phoenix and forgot to get my receipt. after five days I realized my work won’t compensate me without that 75 dollars receipt. Called and Bella took my call. She found the transaction and sent me my receipt. Five stars to her great attitude and bias for action.
Will be a returning customer!

This location has gotten so much better in the last few months. Rae, Mary, Bella and Dan are my favorite! No matter how rude a customer may be they always have smiling faces and fantastic attitudes! This store is very clean and fairly stocked. I recommend this store to everyone I know. Keep up the great vibe at this location!

Erick provided an amazing customer experience. The customer in front of me commented on his professionalism and good attitude as well. You guys should really move him over to that store, he said it was next to his home, and he does a great job!

When I go into this location most nights of the week, the store is spotless and the employee Ricky Ricardo, is attentive, friendly, and funny. Props to him for keeping the store clean, all while taking care of the customers. Keep up the awesome work!

Clean store, friendly clerks. I am updating my previous review as the management seems to have corrected the problem regarding some pumps not accepting my debit card. Now, there is security tape on the pumps, so they are actively trying to ensure my debit card information is protected. That makes me feel more confident in using this gas station. The store is clean and had lots of sandwich and drink choices. I often get a sandwich for my lunch the next day while filling my tank.

It's one of the brand new ones with restrooms and the best selection of fountain drinks ever. They have 10+ soda pop flavors. Tea and lemonade. Staff us ALWAYS cheerful and plesent. Store is amazingly clean for the amount of traffic of customers that come through regularly. I like this Circle K the Best!!!

Plenty of parking and convenient location. Everything was well stocked this morning. My favorite part was their huge selection of pastries to choose from including -you know it- my most favoritest Circle K frosted donuts. Sooo good! They're buy two for a buck or something like that, great deal. Pair it with a coffee and you got your energy to start the day.
Cashier was friendly too. I forgot my straw at checkout and she was able to get me one. :)

I'm a night-owl, so I can only comment on the late afternoon and night shifts. Everyone I've dealt with has been friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. When hit by a wave of customers at once they automatically man-up, open more registers, and take care of everyone quickly.
Also, this location is kept clean inside and out. There's always someone doing stuff like cleaning, taking out the garbage, or making fresh coffee.

Ricardo is an amazing employee. Very professional and helpful. Guy deserves more than just an appraisal. He needs a raise and then some. If it's one reason this place runs, it's him.

Great clean location that works efficiently, a quick convenient store for all gas station needs. Rae is an amazing associate that brings light to the whole store and keeping customers coming back with a smile.

I enjoy the bigger remodeled cirkle k locations like this one. This cirkle k has an amazing diversified food selection and beverage selection above and beyond their smaller locations. Quality employees were fun to talk to and interactively spoke with their guests throughout the shopping expirience to see if they could be helpful! :) Thumbs up for sure!

This circle k is very well kept, David is very nice and made the trip to the store pleasant. I would recommend this store. I feel that this particular employee deserves to be recognized, or even get a raise. Thanks David.
