Fry's

Friendly staff and shelfs stocked with goods, a Normal frys store. I had No issues here. We shop here alot, that's why I gave 5 stars.

After a complete fiasco trying to get an rx filled at Walgreens for 2 days, I called the Fry's pharmacy. Not only did they answer their phone immediately, but they worked quickly with the provider to get the rx filled within an hour. They were amazing both on the phone and in person.

I'm transferring all my rxs over to this location. Not only was the customer service top tier, but their prices were also unmatched.

I only feel bad that I didn't use them to begin with.

This Fry's has been in my area since the 1980's and I enjoy the experience here. They don't try to make this store brand new because it's not. But it's really nice to shop at. There's a Wells Fargo ATM and other self serve machines like an ECO ATM that buys cellular devices and such. Even though the store may appear like it is small, they are great at keeping the store stocked and clean.

This is my main grocery store, because it’s so close, and I have to say that they have a great team of employees here! Everyone is always so kind and helpful, very friendly! And it feels genuine too! Really makes a difference in my comfort to know that when I go here every other day, that everyone I see and talk to doesn’t ever make me feel uncomfortable.

I’ve seen how some of the customers act towards the employees, absolutely disgusting, and are probably the ones writing the poor reviews here. They better watch out for me next time I see someone being rude to an employee, seriously!

I ordered a Meat/Cheese Platter, Rolls Platter, and a Cookie Platter for a work function. I picked up everything 15 minutes early and it was all ready and the meat and cheese were separated like I asked. What a wonderful job! Thank you so much!

Best place to save at. My saving this year has been over 1000 dollars. It's a blessing to shop at a store like frys. Remember people. You can get free stuff If you download the app.

Great clean store, with lots of great products.

I come here because Fry's has great prices and I love their rotisserie chickens! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Specifically when they helped me at the self checkout lane. An employee went over to one of the aisles to find a price for me because the particular item I had didn't ring up on sale as advertised. So, she fixed it for me. Excellent customer service, thank you!

I love this location! If I could overall describe my experience it would be highly satisfied.It's like a family grocery store with friendly faces and always fresh food. Keith in floral is my go to for any arrangement . I'm always getting little bouquets made for My daughter's and he makes them extra special.
Mary is always at self checkout and sometimes with my sporadic shopping I see her several times a day. Always has a smile, asks about my kids and is overall just a warm, genuine person.
Julie is one of the store managers and is just full of spunk and sunshine. I love when someone takes the time to learn my name. This lady is full of energy, works a ton and NEVER complains. She has a grateful heart.

This location has an amazing team...But what can I say these are my favorites because it's obvious that they go Above and beyond EVERY day to offer exceptional service

Excellent Store. Easy to use and get to. Small Center so this makes easy access. Wonderful Store, smaller so checkout, customer service desk, flowers, pharmacy, deli, all in front of store, and fast service. Store I s clean not fancy. Close parking to store. And wonderful inside coffee Starbucks 😍 or drive through great drive through wonderful design, wide enough for trucks. This is in same shopping center. Close to Fry's Food.

Great frys, the people are very friendly and kind. Poor workers have to deal with some awful customers though. There was a cashier who got yelled at for paying a customer out when they told the cashier that they had some change AFTER they were already given their receipt. The cashier stayed calm and proceeded to check us out with a smile, mad respect for her because I don't know if I could do that.

Best tasting produce . Very friendly employees at the Deli . Clean store . Best flavorful chicken strips .

Fry's has the best rotisserie chicken in the East Valley as far as grocery stores go in my opinion, and the first batch is usually done early in the Morning which suits me just fine. I like to get my shopping done before it gets too hot. Also their customer service is the best, bar none!! Super!! If you even look like you have a question mark on your face, someone is asking if you need assistance, I think that's awesome, cause I usually do lol

I love this fry's I've been coming here for around two years and have always as if Pharmacy team has always done their very best ensure I receive my prescription and I've always felt very cared about as a patient as well as a customer at both sides of the pie in frys with my shopping for essentials and in the pharmacy where my health and life are concerned have received nothing but exceptional service and pleasant attitudes and friendly staff makes this an awesome location thank you frys keep up the good work

Love this frys.. love all of the staff in EVERY SINGLE department. All have always been very helpful every time ive needed it. Every time I walk in im greeted with the friendliest greeting of any establishment ive been to. I live closer to other grocery stores but choose to drive to this particular Frys due to the staff. It also helps that im able to find hard to find items (certain organic foods, spices, etc.) at this location. You're treated as a friend at this location. The pharmacy is outstanding. Quick friendly service. ... The meat department not only helps me with certain cuts of meat but gives me advice on how to best cook the meat and even gives me fabulous recipes when I ask. From the moment you walk you and are greeted to the moment you reach the cashier and are helped to your car if needed all departments you encounter in between really do go out of their way to make your shopping experience a really stress free pleasant one. My friends and neighbors also go out of their way and drive the extra distance to come to this location. I cannot say enough great things about this particular Frys food and drug store.

The store at 981 Elliot in Chandler it's a great place to shop.every one who works there are great. But the deli needs to be renovation to make it brighter new lighting new ceiling fixed it up .I love that store

Clean, everything always stocked and fresh. Best fried and baked chicken in town.

Plenty of parking, and plenty of self-checkout areas. Everywhere I looked I saw people filling in the shelves with inventory and fresh produce. Raspberries on sale for 97 cents this week!
