Kohl's

Stopped by the pick up an online order but the email instructions versus the store were different. Fortunately, they were very helpful to get my order picked up. Thanks Mike and team!

General note: the email says the customer service desk but it's all just one area for everything so stay in the check out line

Easily found what I was looking for. Check out got backed and they quickly added two more customer service people. Mike was friendly and checked me out quickly.

The associates were very helpful. The person at checkout checked for me to find another rug to match what I was purchasing.
I had to call later to the Queen Creek Store and Chris was exceptionally helpful. He found the rug I was looking for and left it at the checkout counter for me. 5 stars to both stores.

I have always had a positive experience when shopping at this Kohl's. Not only that, but when I had a problem with an online order a few months ago; a store manager gave me a phone number to rectify the problem. And my problem was solved even better than I hoped.

All the associates I dealt with were extremely courteous & helpful. Even when I passed them while shopping, they smiled at me. The clerks at checkout seem eager to please & assisted me with my Kohl’s ap. I love this place😘

Found what I wanted and had an additional savings via a 30% discount for using my Kohl's charge card in addition to a $10 reward from a recent purchase. Checkout was fast and easy, and the cashier was friendly and proficient.

I like Kohls, it’s a little pricey sometimes. BUT if you apply for their store card, you still get 30% off even if you’re not approved. Kind of awesome doing Christmas or back to school shopping.

As I entered the store, I found it to be extremely neat and provided me with a good selection of items I was looking for. The staff could not have been friendlier! I will continue to enjoy shopping here!

I've never been to this particular Kohl's. It was a really good shopping experience. They had an okay selection, got some lipstick at Sephora's, birthday toys for my grandbaby, some fall kitchen towels, and a couple of Christmas gifts!
Staff; very nice! Will be shopping there again. Oh! And there were spaces to park that had shade!!!

Excellent help and friendly cashiers. The store was clean and orderly. It was looking for an item for my wife in the Sephora section and received help immediately. The price was very reasonable.

The ladies at checkout were Awesome n especially this one young lady who helped me with my 40% discount it was so Amazing! Everyone was very nice n friendly but we couldn't find shoes in sizes 6 for girls n 8 in boys in Vans but everything else was good! 😊 ThankYou Kohl's ❤

The staff was super helpful. The check out associate was very accommodating and made sure to emphasize on the special rewards on the specific dates and to be sure and take advantage of it.

Whenever I visit the Kohl’s store I make sure I have enough time to stay in the store and shop around. There’s so much to see and shop with many good deals on sale. The girl at the checkout Nicole was her name, she was so nice and friendly.

The store is organized we’re able to easily find what we are looking for the associates and especially our checker was very friendly and helpful

I popped into this Kohl's location, while I was at working, to drop off an Amazon return. The first person to greet me was the lady at the customer service desk. She was very pleasant and directed me to where the Amazon return location was. I went and dropped off my return and as I walk around the store I noticed how incredibly clean and organized it was even though they were having some construction done right smack dab in the middle of the store. All associates I encountered were very friendly and helpful. Although I don't shop at Kohl's, this location, (even with the construction) was by far one of the nicest ones I've been to.

I'm here a lot more often now with Amazon returns in store, which is so convenient. There are always good sales and you can stack coupons and deals almost always. Staff is friendly and helpful! Good variety for shopping.
