Incredible service by pharmacy staff member, Xavier. He was thorough, efficient, and very polite. Haven’t seen customer service like his in a LONG time. Well done, Xavier, you helped me with a pet prescription…something I’ve never done before. Excellent work and you really made a difference for me. I had never been to a CVS before and this made a really positive impression on me. Thank you. Please CVS give this guy a raise.

After reading the reviews I was super skeptical but gave it a try because it's my closest CVS. So far they have not messed up my prescriptions and they are always friendly and helpful.

This staff is absolutely overwhelmed and being rude to them is not going to get your prescription filled any faster. They are doing the best they can. It’s the beginning of the year and insurances have changed, and when you show up with no card and expect them to “find” your coverage? Not gonna happen. They don’t have enough staff to answer “10 pharmacy calls”, fill your Adderall “now”. Nor call your insurance to see why your alprazolam is too soon or why your prescription copay went up by 2.00’s. They are helping customers or calling your dr or insurance to get your prescription covered. They don’t have time nor manpower answer frivolous questions. This information is available on the CVS app you can download. Time to join the 21st century. They have heard the complaint(s) you have at least 3 or 4 times earlier that day. They are as frustrated as you. You really think they enjoy being insulted, threatened, and dehumanized, all because your medication isn’t ready? You might really be surprised to know how helpful they can be, if you maybe stop thinking about yourself and actually watch what they are trying to do back there. CVS is hiring, please join the team if you think you can do it better. We’d all appreciate it!!!!

Pharmacy was amazing! Especially one guy, I didn't catch his name. My 14 month old son was takin by ambulance for a sezuire and once released I needed to fill his prescription. When I went to the counter the wait was over 1 1/2. I said I never do this but he is a baby and needs this medicine in his system immediately. He said wait right here and handed to me in 5 minutes. What an Angel!! I appreciate the kindness showed for the situation. Thank you!!!!!

MOE was super helpful at Dobson and Warner!!! He went above and beyond in regards to customer/patient care! May I add he works overnight!!
Unlike CVS on S Mill in Tempe..
On my lunch and pressed for time..I get to drive thru.(pharmacist tells me he didn't fill the script and said, "He didn't feel it was his Job to call and get an RX # that my doctor failed to attach to the called in script...And never sent an automated text notifying me there was an issue!! HORRIBLE SERVICE IN TEMPE! SHAME ON THAT PHARMACIST... HE CLEARLY DOESNT CARE ABOUT HIS COMMUNITY!!!!!!!

I'm usually there very late at night which I like because there is rarely anyone else shopping. I get all the attention I need. I find everyone very nice, helpful, and informative. They are patient when I'm trying to find all the best deals and use all my coupons.
This has been my chosen CVS for over 15 years.

Trenton is amazing the most helpful pharmacy worker I've ever encountered. Trenton was so helpful I wouldn't have been able to get my medication if it wasn't for him I will always be a customer of this pharmacy because of him.

Ive been using this pharmacy for years, Brian is incredibly helpful every time I've had the pleasure of interacting with him. Always kind, quick to help, and is so polite. He always answers any questions if I have them and doesn't make you feel stupid.

Love the pharmacy and location, night staff is hit or miss but I'd be cranky too if I worked nights. Specifically this pharmacist Alicia needs some customer service training though, she's rather unprofessional and tends to make customers flabbergasted with her open disdain for her job. I'm hoping I've just happened to catch her on bad days and that she's not that way with other people, but when you hear other customers walking away muttering the same unkind things you're thinking, it leaves an impression. Cheer up, Alicia. The day's always almost over. You can get through this!

This is a busiest CVS pharmacy. The store manager and other people are very busy but are very helpful. I end up seeing them every month and no doubt I would recommend the pharmacist, their consultation was/is always helpful.

Night staffs are friendly to help me get thru a deal. I wasn't able to print out an instant coupon for my 1st order so the manager agreed to credit me $1 off for my 2nd order. However my 2nd order includes a 40% off one single item coupon that won't work together with that $1 off. In the end, the manager Raymond counted the $ I should have saved and printed out E Bucks for me. Note that CVS coupon policy constantly change so now if you have E Bucks and xx% off coupon together, they'll take the E bucks 1st and apply the xx% off on top of the rest goods value.

Nice, clean store and I'm grateful that the busy Pharmacy is always open! I've always found the staff to be friendly and helpful in the 3 years I've been going here.

First time I was in the store at the pharmacy and was promptly helped. Fixed my prescription problems immediately and am very grateful to them. Thanks!!

Had a very good experience here. Called ahead for a thermometer and he found the last one on the shelf which I immediately picked up. He also found me two bottles of isopropyl alcohol; so grateful for help when things are so hard to find during these trying times.

So easy to use the drive through for your prescription pick up. Very polite employees.

Called the pharmacy with a complex question for delivery of a controlled drug. They went beyond just trying to say yes or no and did some digging. Unfortunately since it was a weird situation there wasn’t a yes or no answer however, they provided me with two options that I could do/use. Thank you for taking the time to investigate it for me.
