Crowne Plaza Resort Phoenix - Chandler Golf Resort, an IHG Hotel

I accidentally found the hotel after a problem with my original reservation at another hotel, and it turned out to be one of the high points of my trip. The staff from the front desk to the bar and restaurant were just the greatest people, so friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet and functional with our electronic devices. The location is perfect with shops and restaurants within a couple of blocks. I would highly recommend this Crown Plaza property.

We have been going to Crowne Plaza San Marco Resort for the past 10 years the end of February from Chicago, and we love.
Make sure you request that your room faces the courtyard. This area around the hotel has really grown. You can walk all over the area. Very family oriented and the big pool is relaxing. I wish they still had deals with the golf course, but they separated years ago.

I had a great stay here, room was cleaned and organized daily. Staff was super friendly and helpful if you needed any recommendations. Even the food which I never recommend in a hotel was great. The burgers were huge and flavorful! Wings were perfect size and cooked well with flavor. There’s this steak but dish that was fantastic. Breakfast aswell, just about everything was great.

Attended 'Work Christmas Party'. Did not spend night in one of the rooms, so I am not commenting on them in this review. Food was terrific and well-prepared. Wait staff was very prompt and accommodating. Mobile bar was well stocked with most popular spirits and an ample selection of wines.
Will keep in mind for future events.

I love the location of this place everything was nearby. People were very helpful and the reception area was very clean and very well organized. The pool area is huge and even though there were multiple families using it, we all had more than enough room. The location of the pool was beautiful and a setup was very good. There were plenty of towels and plenty of chairs. The rooms were a little small but they were nice and had everything I needed besides a microwave. There was plenty of parking and the map that was given to me help me to find my room very quickly.

I stay here twice a year. The staff is awesome. Very awesome. Very friendly very understanding. I have never had an issue except they need to change the menu. Lol I highly recommend them.

Our AC went out and this was a perfect alternative! Great layout and even shade to walk the dog in the courtyard! Pool was cooled. It’s 117! Can get room service or get carry out from AJ’s: delicious breakfast! Walking distance to lots!! And they are dog friendly!

Downtown Chandler is the spot! And in the spot, this is the hotel to be at. Stay, get in some golf, and lots of nightlife within walking distance. You can't go wrong.

Went for my brother's wedding had a great time didn't stay at the resort so I couldn't say anything about the hotel part of it

My husband and I had our wedding reception here, and it was an incredible experience! Nicole, the wedding coordinator, was communicative, attentive and kind. The food the hotel provided with our package was delicious and the waiters/waitresses were superb! The grand ballroom where our reception was held was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. Super pretty location for wedding photos too. So pleased we chose the Crowne Plaza! Great and reasonably priced for events.

This beautiful property was the 1st air conditioned hotel in Chandler from early 1900s. I've always had a great experience here. The food at the downstairs restaurant it's great and they have live music in the lobby. The pool area is expansive, clean and nice. I love staying here and experiencing the history of our city, plus its smack dab in the middle of downtown Chandler so nightlife and great food and drinks are steps away. It even has a speakeasy in the basement!

Crowne Plaza Resort in Chandler Arizona is perfectly located with top service. There 1912 lounge have great food. The service staff is friendly and consistently helpful. Many restaurants are within walking distance and some shopping.

This is one of my favorite places to go to, to relax and unwind from all the stress from the week. The hotel is nice and the breakfast is awesome 👍 and I can't wait to go back.

Nice experience every time I'm booking here. Do not miss the bar and the breakfast.

We have stayed here 4 times and it has been great, the house keepers are so nice and polite!

Working with Nicole at the Crowne Plaza, for my engagement party was a breeze and a pleasure. We met up twice once to walk the grounds and go over how I would like everything laid out and a second time to go over the menu and pick out some of the decor pieces they had for us to use for free. We had a Parisian theme for engagement party as we are getting married in Paris France this year. Nicole offered us some of their gold rings with silk flowers, and glass hurricanes with white candles to help us decorate the tables. We had to make some last second changes the day of but everything still looked beautiful. The food tasted great, the drinks were flowing, the service cleanup was quick and easy. Nicole approached me several times to ensure everything was as needed during the event and the head of catering was on top of ensuring the food kept getting replenished. The engagement party was for around 80 people which could’ve became an overwhelming experience quickly for a type A person like me, but Nicole insured everything went smoothly and worked great. The only hiccups we experienced were it ended up being a very hot day and a bird decided to take a poop on one of our tables, which Nicole quickly replaced. I Would definitely recommend using the Gardens of this resort for any sort of party you have, as the team at this resort will make it happen for you.

My mom threw me a baby shower at the Crowne Plaza in Chandler. The entire event turned out amazing. It was a truly magical experience. Nicole McCall was the lady that made it all happen. When I arrived she was there working hard and making sure everything was perfect. The staff respected her and followed her direction. My mom got the the Plaza early and said Nicole was already there setting up. Overall, I was very impressed with the entire experience!
