Octavia in the west Tempe store on Baseline was more helpful than I have ever encountered in a beauty supply store. She helped me on the phone and in person and was tireless in helping me find what I wanted. She was upbeat, positive, helpful, and even fun. I was also impressed with the price of the item I purchased. It was very reasonable. I will be back to this store!

Store is well lit and very clean with wide isles, neatly stocked. Staff is bubbly and helpful. They make it easy to find what you're looking for

Outstanding store with a great selection of hair/products with exceptional staff!!! I would give Mars Beauty 10 stars if I could. We are Canadians, visiting Phoenix for a few days and loved our visit to Mars Beauty. The two black Queens working at the cashier, helped my daughter with the hair she wanted to buy and we had a nice chit chat as well. We got everything we wanted and more and will definitely be back.

Totally loved it had a great experience the customer service is very awesome especially GOLDEN;the cashier. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products that I inquired about, around her customer service is awesome. The prices are great will definitely make a return visit.

Go! Go! Go! This place is amazing. Such low prices and sooo much to choose from. They have men's and women's products although most stuff is for both. I get all my beard care and hair care there. Customer service is through the roof. My daughter loves going to pick beads and bows out for her hair.

I love this store the ladies are very welcoming and helpful. This store has everything. Ms. Shannelle is amazing. And golden has beautiful eyebrows. Gabby thanks for giving my baby the quarter.

Idk about anyone else but Reygan was wonderful and one if not THE BEST employee there. She understands your wants and needs very well. Thx for all the help!

Literally the BEST SUPPLY I EVER BEEN IN!!! I am a hairstylist and I have NEVER came across such an amazing supply store. THE NAME IS THE ENERGY! So warming so welcoming so free and they have ALL THE PRODUCTSSSSSSSS INCLUDING MEN PRODUCTS! Golden and Nonni was so warming and showed great customer service. I am honestly astonished! SHOPPPPPP WITH THEM I LOVE TO SEE IT

My experience here was bomb…. The best customer service you can get! Cheap prices on everything. Glad I found them on IG because it’s definitely hard to find a good beauty supply store here in AZ. This is definitely worth the drive. I will be coming here from here on out.

One of the best stores in town. The staff here are nice and helpful. They are knowledgeable with the products here. The store huge I like the space you don’t feel crammed in a small place. The price of everything is perfect and you can’t get that anywhere else. Thank you ladies for always making sure I leave with a smile.

Went there for the first time today, and was blown away by the wonderful customer service. Golden in particular was extremely friendly, patient and understanding. Even when she had multiple customers, she never lost her patience and made sure to take care of all of us for as long as we needed help. I had just had my hair relaxed from fully natural hair after nearly 5 years, so I forgot how to care for it. Golden recommended the products she would use on herself it seemed, and she was extremely knowledgeable of countless items. The store was also very clean and well-organized, wide selection.

I live in Phoenix, but I will definitely be making the trip back there when I need new haircare items. Everyone was very friendly, but Golden made a wonderful first impression-- thank you!

Finally!!! I’ve been here for a month and was blessed enough to have a friend tell me about MARS. Imma just say AMAZING. Lianna and Brielle were so helpful and accommodating. Lianna legit walked me through the store showing me where I could find what I needed and suggested a new product that I should try. Good upsell not overpriced and a vast variety of hair care products which I like. I definitely should have gotten the first product she suggested, but since customer service was top tier I’ll go back tomorrow and pick it up. Thanks for the majik ladies.

I had an amazing visit. A true love for their customers. I was totally treated like family. It was my first visit. I’m locked in for life. I especially loved the honesty. I love the store. Amazing vibes.

Just bought some hair, locking gel ans hair gems from here and was helped by an awesome employee named Gabby. She helped me find what I need and was super nice and polite. They are also very cheap here. Great prices. She also gave me some free samples to try at home. The ladies here are awesome. Would definitely recommend :) 😃

This place had almost EVERYTHING!! & well organized. From the moment we opened the door EXCELLENT customer service! Their employee named "GOLDEN" was SUPER helpful & had a GREAT attitude!!! All the staff was amazing & super helpful. Great first experience at MARS! W e will definitely go back! Keep up the GREAT work ladies:)
