Food City

A pretty big store with good range of products! Meat and bakery section are the highlight here! Prices are competitive! Went in search of celebration cakes and got them like how I wanted!

This was a fun store! I was looking for specific drinks (CALPICO) and although they didn't carry them, I discovered a bunch of other merchandize they carry that the major retailers don't.

I enjoyed walking around and seeing all the new products I've never seen before. It was not so large that I was able to get in and out within 5 minutes of walking the drink isles looking for what I needed.

We visit tempe often, and this is our 1st stop bcus we love to stock up before heading home to New Mexico. Employees are always nice, location is always clean and ✔ out is fast.

Lots of diverse produce, great parking lot, and helpful cashiers & Managers that will help you with any of your needs. My go-to Grocery store

Food place is always bomb in the AM and they have bombass 1.19 tacos on Tuesday chicken and carne asada the asada ones are the best!

Hello this morning, time for another Food City review, the most challenging review to date. Apparently Food City (Bashas) has a no photograph policy. I found this out when a manager was called by an associate in the bakery and began questioning me about my phone in my hand. Not that this kind of behavior is disturbing to me however it did catch me unprepared for the verbally harassing introduction. Throughout our conversation the manager in question did not know how to handle the situation and throught discussing the woman's concerns I was able to advise her of proper engagement with guest and to contact her senior staff for further instructions. My photos are real and what is online in Google maps for the store makes me question the photos for this store.
Most photos look like the store was closed during the photo montage, I can't say for sure.
Anyhow I ordered a buttered roll and got a toasted roll with margarine, oh well no biggie it seemed like when I handed my order and question you used fake butter on my order. I accepted it and went on my way. Thank you for the breakfast. As you can see I could not finish it due to the taste.
By the way $1 a peice is a great price for "Ticklebelly desserts" give them a try, they look delicious.🍰🍭,🍫,🍪&🍦,🍋,🍓

Quick fast and simple to find stuff they just moved around so it is alot easier!

It's my go to store!!! They have everything I need,fresh veggies,meats,fruits,great prices,@ handicap @car space,for special needs.What else could I ask for.It's great!!!

Wednesday produce + Thursday meat specials! Pricing is much more competitive than other grocers plus find all your hispanic style flavorings here!

Excellent place to get authentic Mexican food

Good selections and quality. Some great food out of the bakery. And a wonderful and helpful staff in the meat department. They have some amazing deals on their value packs. Almost always a few on sale each week, and the sale prices cannot be beat. The cashiers are also always friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. Always have a good experience, and usually discover new things.

The cashier was amazing she honored a sale price for me even though I was 2 days early customer service was amazing and I was wrong I didn't understand the ad paper she explained it to me and at the end she was amazing I didn't get her name but I do recommend this food city staff is really nice

Is always well supplied most of the times are short lines, check out clerks are nice and hey! They accept iphone pay! Not even fry's does!

The store seems to be enforcing the mask mandate, which is greatly appreciated. The aisles are clean and well maintained, plus there is little to no wait time at checkout. Overall a nice place to grocery shop especially if your looking for Hispanic foods or great prices on meat's.

Love the prices and bakery. It's definitely a one stop shop if you need something quick to eat

Hump day!!!? My 3 year old knows when it's wensday because we always go get out fresh veggies and fruit..And the specials are SUPER AWESOME.....thank you to all the workers that keep that store so clean..

Love this store!! My go to for all my meat selections and veggies. They always have crazy good deals. You gotta check it out. Update: still my favorite meat and veggie store.
