Tony in customer service is the definition of what customer service should look like.

What truly stood out, however, was Tony's unwavering commitment to providing top-notch service. He was not only courteous and friendly but also genuinely invested in ensuring my satisfaction. He patiently addressed all of my order issues as they came up and evolved with my online order, of which there were several.

Furthermore, Tony's professionalism and dedication were evident in his willingness to go the extra mile to assist me. He proactively helped me find solutions to not having what I needed in-stock or available to ship.

Have always had great experiences with the staff here. The paint department is especially awesome. Shoutout to Dom he is the best!!! Friendly and makes sure to get the color match exact. If you are looking for paint this is the place to go.

Fred in the plumbing department is AWESOME. He truly knows a lot about plumbing and a lot about his department in the store.

He was easily able to direct us to what we needed and explained to us how to do things.

Home depot you need to give Fred a raise and a promotion.

I had a recent visit that was fairly quick and convenient. I had a couple of returns with no receipts and receive store credit fairly quickly. I did not request any assistance from representatives today, we all know that HD Reps like to disappear when you need them most! L O L. Overall a speedy visit.

During Covid, I made a million trips here, working on a project that I had no idea how to even begin. From lumber to pavers sand to brackets to wiring, the staff helped me with each idea I had!

I literally learned a lot just by telling them my goal. They knew the supply list based on my visions. No way I could have done it without their patience and all of the trips and loads!

My back yard is now a Home Depot haven! 😂😂 POOL DECK COMPLETE!!! Even ran a solar panel set up to provide the power necessary. Lotta custom welding, but I usually work on motorcycles and not on decks.

Easy to find what your looking for, Christy ( candi ) was very professional and polite when I needed help!

Outstandingly helpful salespersons. Went to buy a new shower head for my elderly clients. The salesperson took me directly to what they wanted, and when I had to return it because of other circumstances, sales person behind return counter most friendly and efficient.

Usually have a hard time finding help here but but big thanks to RICK who helped walk me through a home project I’m working on and spent time explaining which materials I needed— even went around the store with me to pick them out. I appreciate you, Rick!

One fun place to walk and find the smallest nut and screw to the newest fridge.And fun to browse and get loose in the garden deparment....

Home Depot to the rescue. Always helpful, needed some booties and rubber gloves for a job that requires entry through the house. Paint clerk got me what I needed very quickly.

Mike and Brody were so damn helpful. I've been looking for some material for a garden project and haven't been able to find it anywhere, including competitor stores. Mike and Brody helped me find exactly what I needed to complete my garden project.
By far the best home depot customer service I've ever experienced.

If anyone ever asks, anybody still care ? Does anyone do their job ? Most assuredly, you would answer them yes if you had encountered the store manager named Cindy. It is such a rare occurrence to not only meet but be impacted by a professional with such class and stoic adherence to protocol. Maybe her Home Depot higher-ups one day will recognize this, I certainly have.

This Home Depot was awesome. I'm not handy or know anything about tools. The associates at the store were helpful and kind. Lovely plant and flower selection. Help around Eve corner.

There's plenty of parking here and it was easy to find. Also, the front door guy was helpful because he called for employee assistance for me and waited with me until I was able to get an employee to come and assist. Love the extra touch of customer service. I was able to find what I needed quick and easy. The two employees were great in getting me in and out of there super quick, and I could not have found everything that fast had it not been for them!

I never give reviews on stores like this but this store has the best associates! The guy from the paint department went over & beyond helping me look for a shade of paint I needed for my home. They were out of stock of the one I originally wanted & he ran to look for a ladder to check in their stock & apologised for being out. He helped me through other colours of gold as that’s what I needed & got me cardboards too even try even tho people aren’t really supposed to. I was happy & impressed with his outstanding service but I didn’t get his name. We finally match a good paint & I was a happy customer! Good job!

Love this store! I have to say that Ryan over at returns/pick-up has been the best home depot employee I've seen though. He is so good at making my trips to the store great!
