This place has seriously gone down hill. Day time staff is amazing but night time once one person gets on shift I wouldn't bank on this place to be open. They are closed st all different times of night always with a different reason why on the door and it specifically only ever happens at night time. All the lights are on obviously an employee is there but they most definitely are not stocking or cleaning. One day they're closed for cleaning the next day the systems or down the next day they are closed because cards won't work only taking cash but still closed its really just a nightly thing. The rest of the gas stations in the area are open besides this one and this problem has only recently started to happen I've come here for years and just in the last couple months has the store begun to be closed st the weirdest times for same reasons just different day.

I live right behind this store. They leave a note on the door every night saying their system is down and lock the doors when theyre supposed to be open and all of the lights are on. Why does their system go down every single night when they're supposed to be open? Something isn't adding up.

Moved to area over 6 months ago. I have the "Circle K app" on my phone. The app offers chances of winning great prizes. ......But NOT AT THIS Circle K location. Their computer screens are broken (and have been broken AT LEAST for over 6 months now). To win some of the prizes, it is required to add your phone number or to push a button on the screen of the computer facing the customer. IMPOSSIBLE DUE TO THE SCREEN NOT WORKING FOR THE IMPUT REQUIREMENT !!! EVERY time I ask when it will be repaired, they either say they didn't know it was broken....or THEY DON'T KNOW WHEN IT WILL BE FIXED!! So I walk down further to the other Circle K's just so I can get my "rewards" for being a customer. Maybe someone from Circle K Corporate will see this & how I am not the only customer so frustrated about how long it has been since customers can actually enter published and promoted giveaways and drawings!! ......Or just MAYBE THE OWNERS of THIS Circle K will understand that they are actually loosing customers and get the system fixed !!

The morning manager short gray haired man sucks! He will stand over his workers making them nervous but allowing the line to grow but won't help reduce the line.
My Co workers will not buy coffee or cooked food because the coffee is only warm and we've seen the afternoon staff drop the frozen hotdogs onto the floor and still put them back up for someone to buy and eat them the store smells like body odor when you have the 2 guys from india working there
I hate coming to this store but the black girl from i believe south Africa and young white guy with beard and mustache are excellent customer service skills

I work nights and frequently stop at this location between 2:45 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. and in a 7 day span the store that promotes being open 24 hours a day.... Is closed. Always a printed note on each door announcing when they will reopen. And the store is always dirty. The employees have no personality. Never gonna go there again.

Just gross, stopped by to get a refill and grabbed a snack, as the cashier scanned the snack it was obviously opened and tampered with. I told him I would grab another one off the shelf, he wanted me to put the opened one back on the Shelf. I pointed out to him that it was opened and looked like somebody had taken a bite out of it. He agreed to let me just go get another one. As I got in the car I watched him but the open one back on the Shelf

That's it this the last straight the last few visit have been shaky but this is it I walk in get money out of the atm in the back of the store and walk up to the counter and asked for change for a 20 he says he can't help me even tho I just gave him 15 to put in my tank (i gave him a 20 and asked him to break another) when asked why he simply told me he just couldn't so "sorry"....parking lot is always a mess bums always out front of the store store smells smh that's it y'all won't get another dollar from me good day

Dirty store nasty doors point of sales system sucks took 4 steps to run a credit card. Qt has clean stores pos fast

This place smells bad. The floor inside and the area outside are super trashy. The Indians inside barely speak English and they can't change $100 cuz this place is trashed out.

“Circle K Favorites” branded snacks were expired. I bought chips that had expired almost 6 months ago. Was very devastated since I had not looked at the label. Circle K should restock and check to make sure food hasn’t expired.

The male clerk greeted everyone that entered the store except for the black people that did. I wouldn’t spend my last dollar here, if it was the only store available on this block.

im sick of not getting my free coffee after purchase of 5... i hav3bto go to other stores to redeem

This a very old run down circle k that needs a serious facelift. It is very dingy often smells and the workers have more of a ho hum attitude about being there.
