Tommy was so helpful and made us feel confident in each step in the painting process. Based on Google, there’s 100 ways to prep and paint wood and we were overwhelmed by it all, so having him walk us through all we needed to do was what we needed to finish our project!

Amazing store. I make it my main stop for all of my painting needs. The store staff is super friendly and helpful. Stephen got me out of a bind a few times when it came to mystery colors that I needed to touch up. Highly recommend and plan on ordering a paint designer through the store per Stephens recommendation.

Jeff, the manager is amazing! He really knows how to treat people. He is also very knowledgeable. I've been to several Sherwin Williams', but this location is easily the best!

Shouting out Charles at the Rufe Snow location in Keller, TX today! Not only did he perfectly match the color we have been struggling to find for touch ups around the house, but he also worked quickly and gave us extra advice to get the job done. Very grateful for his service-orientation, dedication, and diligence.

Had a minor paint disaster on my hands. Brayden gave me expert advice and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time! (BTW, his suggestions resulted in a perfect result - thanks, Brayden!)

My husband is a general contractor and uses this store frequently. I’ve been in several times to pick up supplies for him and the employees here are very helpful and knowledgeable. The paint color selection and paint quality is excellent!
