Five Stars to Kroger's Floral Department for an Unforgettable Duck-tacular Adventure!

Who knew a lost bet could lead to such a delightful experience at Kroger's floral department? My brother Mitch, clad in a vibrant Donald Duck costume complete with a bright blue sailor shirt, a red bowtie, and yellow webbed feet, and who can not laugh at those yellow tights, was the star of the show. He was tasked with purchasing balloons, and Kroger's team made it an epic adventure. Making sure everyone knew he was there and to tease him about how embarrassing he looked! LOL

The staff's commitment to customer engagement shone brightly as they announced Mitch over the intercom, inviting everyone to partake in the laughter and joy his appearance brought to the store. They didn't just stop there; they ensured Mitch took a whimsical walk throughout the store, parading his feathery attire and heart-shaped balloons with a good-natured spirit that had everyone chuckling.

The sight was nothing short of a spectacle — the sheer size of the red balloons Mitch carried, matched only by his oversized duck feet, made for a comical and heartwarming scene. It's not every day you see such a sight, and it was clear that Mitch enjoyed every moment of his duck march.

I have shopped at this Kroger for about 17 years and has always been consistent with cleanliness fresh product and helpful friendly employees. Love the deli and cheese department. Well I love all the departments. I enjoy the customer loyalty coupon emails. Love it.

One of my favorite Kroger stores. Compared to other Kroger locations, this one is cleaner, offers a wider selection, and the staff is friendlier. Items are in stock and easily found. The carts are in better condition than most other locations as well. The parking lot is well kept and lit. The signage in store is clear. I do prefer more cashiers than the self-checkout.

My husband and I had already made a trip to Costco for groceries. But on the way home we realized, WE FORGOT THE MUSTARD! This location came in clutch because it was on our way home from getting hair cuts in NRH.

I'm giving them all 5 stars for the ease of finding the mustard and quick checkout. We were in and out in 5 minutes! Whew, crisis averted.

We are from San Antonio and regrettably do not have this store in our city (wish we did though). Thanksgiving day and of course we had items to still get. The store had many other patrons in the same boat. Store staff is at minimum but were very helpful and pleasant in guiding us to what were searching for. The store is clean and has an open floor plan that does not crowd you down aisles. Great sales abound in all departments. Be sure to use your Kroger card (or apply for one when you come shopping) to take advantage of sales going on. The deli department had a lot of plated items to purchase ready for a party or get together. This may not be a large grocery layout but it doesn't need to be that way to find what you need for great prices. Drop in and get your shop on!

Super selection of all my favorite stuff! I have been shopping here more and more. I have been a Wal**rt guy for a long time, but the people, produce, products and prices have pulled me into Kroger! I love this store! If you shop smart you can get some really great deals! Just get here and you will see and feel the difference. Happy shopping!

I love my Kroger! They have the best pharmacy prices, an amazing cheese selection, an in-store sushi stand that can't be beat! and the best store brands (seriously, you MUST try Simple Truth Organics) and the best, friendliest staff!! If you come in you have to say hi to Melody and see what kind of awesome hair bow she is wearing each day! The butcher calls my son "Hollywood" because of his style. It is fun to shop here like visiting friends :)

There are several reasons I like shopping here. First, is the wide selection of fresh produce here. Second, is the fresh made sushi. Third is the wide beer and wine selection. I also like the meat department and the ability to choose excellent cuts of meat from the butcher that haven't been wrapped and packaged in plastic.

I love this Kroger. There is always someone offering to help, cashiers always pleasant and smiling, the pharmacy was my 1st choice until my insurance company forced me to go elsewhere. The cheese selections are amazing.

Dax one of the pharmacist is so incredibly nice. I called and explained my situation that I live near Decatur but work in NRH. I asked him if he could fill my prescription quickly for my husband to pick up with in an hour. My husband dropped it off and he had it filled within
10 minutes. This is why I love the people in the pharmacy. Thank you so much for your help!

I've always loved shopping at this location. It's small and usually older people come here. The sushi is really good. The only problem I have is sometimes the produce isn't that fresh. Other than that it's a nice store.

Maybe I'm biased?
I don't know. Sure, they're close to me, but it's really clean and everyone's nice. Pretty good deals, plus fuel points. What's not to like?

Found what we needed for our family for groceries, competitive prices between here, Winco & Walmart.

I work there Brian and jason and Jeremy and kat and Jeff are great Manger there fabin and zach are great at customers sever and Katelyn and ryan are great in the deli and Andrew and mel are great bagger and cleaning up around the store Anna and john and Brendan and grant help us up front alot and great at it Lindsey and Kayla and Mason and David and Jimmy are great frontend supervisor there Jacob and Carolyn and bebbie and Joe are great cashier and Justin is a great product supervisor there chip is awsome there too and I like it alot working there every one is really good and nice and awsome and great coworkers there and Josh and Thomas and Travis and me are great bagger there

This is a perfect size store, not like some of the giant ones, its clean, the aisles are wide and well lit, and it has a wide variety of items to choose from. One of my favorites.

Was so happy to see Kroger's was in Texas when I moved here. I grew up on Kroger's as a kid. Love their sales, meat is the best.
