Lowe's Home Improvement

Went there to shop for a new work bench for using a band saw and a table router.
Decent selection and I was able to get help from an associate to retrieve the one I wanted from the very top shelf about 20 feet up.
We had some trouble at the checkout using a Lowes gift card, and the manager Brian and the checkout associate Jacob were very helpful.
They also loaded the bench into the back of my truck.
Great assistance and very professional.

I specifically gave this store 5 stars because of Juan in hardware and Egypt at checkout.
Juan knows his department like the back of his hand! Or at least he made me believe he did and from the customer prospective that's good enough. He was friendly and eager to help me find my things.
Egypt, a little bitty angel who was named after a country should been named after an entire continent! She's larger than life in her demoner and quickly located the place I needed to be in a friendly way.
Lowe's is just another hardware store in itself. It carries what I need most of the time and sometimes it doesn't. But that's okay BECAUSE OF THE HIGH QUALITY EMPLOYEES I found there.
Employees don't quit companies; they quit managers.
Likewise, customers don't quit using stores; they quit bad employees.
This store has some of the BEST employees in the business and they are exemplified by Juan and Egypt!

My husband and I bought flooring this morning, and the associate, Joe, was extremely helpful. He answered all of our questions and offered good advice. Very friendly and knowledgeable. If this app would let me give him 10 stars, I would do it!

Great home improvement store. This store has it all. They also have adequate staffing who are easy to find. All the employees are courteous and knowledgeable and go out of their way to provide excellent service.

This Lowe's a wonderfully stocked, staffed, and clean location. I will drive by a closer competitor to shop at this Lowe's.

The only negative i have to say is during my most recent in store pickup experience, the item I purchased was not marked with a sticker showing I was the one picking up and the associate had a more difficult time with this.

Wow. Can I give 10 stars because WOW!

I walked in yesterday with a Home Depot shopping list from my electrician. (Yeah I know… I have been converted to a Lowe’s shopper after this trip)
Well I don’t know anything about anything needed for electrician hence why he sent me with a list.

Jimmy J was the ABSOLUTE best! He went with me and got everything on my list. He called around to find something that they didn’t have in stock and we ended up having to order it online. But talk about above and beyond his call of duty! He was great with my 2 year old kid, even got a fist bump and he doesn’t give those away freely! Jimmy J made it the BEST shopping experience! I truly appreciate his knowledge, help and friendly demeanor. He deserve a raise. Or at very least a gift card to the fanciest steak house this side of the Mississippi!

New Spring selection of plants

Most organized Lowes I've ever been into. The seasonal section was in very poor condition but other than that customer service was great all around.

Lynne in the garden center was super friendly and helpful! On top of that, Lowe's had a sale on Christmas trees for Christmas Eve when Home Depot didn't, so I will definitely be going here for my Christmas tree every year from now on!

The staff at this store are always very helpful, attentive and patient!!! The store is well lit, staffed and clean.

Lowes sells good quality products. I took back some brand new lights to home depot because they were of poor quality. I went to lowes and brought new lighting and installed successfuly. The new lighting works well and looks good on my parents home

While rushing in almost at closing time to return a part that didn’t fit for my air compressor and hopefully grab another that did, Mark in Tool Sales provided an on the spot solution that solved my problem and showed thinking outside the box. What an outstanding employee & gentleman in general! Thanks, Mark for going above and beyond to provide true customer service.

The Keller Lowes is a great place with lots of very nice, friendly and well informed employees. I'm there a lot and many know my name

I ordered a cement bird bath online and requested curbside pickup. Received a confirmation email with clear instructions on picking up my order. Then received another email within the hour that my order was ready to pick up. I arrived at the store, parked in the curbside parking and checked in on my phone. Opened the trunk of my car. Two people brought out my order. The online description said it weighed 103 lbs. They loaded it in the trunk for me and were kind enough to ask if I had someone to help me unload it. I confirmed that I did, they scanned the barcode from my confirmation email and emailed a receipt to me.
Great experience. Fast, friendly. I will definitely use curbside pickup again and skip the lines.

Working with Gary right now, would give him ten out of five stars if I could. He's helping me find a set of sterling medley shower walls and it is a pretty substantial undertaking since they massive and all the way up on the shelves. Great guy give him a raise.

First of all I want to shout out to Samantha and Latricia. They rock!!! Thank you for taking the time to help me with my washer and dryer purchase. I was about to walk out the store because Progressive Leasing kept messing up my purchase. Latricia stayed with me after Samantha did her part, and calmed me down, or helped me keep my cool throughout the process. I was getting frustrated with the system.

THANK YOU!!! I’d be coming to this Lowe’s from now on.

Oh, let me mention Chris. On Sunday evening i stopped to look at the washer and dryers sets they had in stock. He took time and answered all my questions and chatted with me and showed me all options.
