CVS

I went to the Minute Clinic when I was sick recently. Never used one before. I was really impressed. The place was super clean and organized. Service was amazing. My nurse I had was very professional. Highly recommend using this clinic. I was even able to use the adjacent CVS pharmacy. Kenny at the pharmacy was super friendly and helpful. Overall my CVS experience exceeded my expectations.

The pharmacist Mr. Victor was very nice. The pharmacy was extremely for a Sunday afternoon, but he explained what was going on and that I would have to wait. I didn't mind waiting 30 mins. They were very nice and had an influx of drive-thru and foot traffic. I truly appreciated the acknowledgment and explanation because many times you don't get that level of customer service.

Found out through my insurance the cost of my prescription was going to be sky high. Kenny ran it through again using a coupon and saved me more than half the original cost. So friendly and helpful! The reason why I’ve made extra trips to come to this location.

I just visit my cousin that day.\nI meet manager (Nicole/Nikki)of this store location is very great customer service and very friendly and helpful try to help me not like the other store in Plano Preston. Cashier and manager of this location need to get more training and don't give customer wrong information if don't know just saying so I understand.

I went here to fill a prescription and try to use a Good RX coupon. I had never gotten a prescription here before and I was kinda worried about it because Walgreens and Kroger refused to do a Good Rx coupon. The guy behind the counter said right away he would honor that price. It was a really good experience and I am seriously consider transfering all of my prescriptions here in the future, Thanks!!

I've never had a bad experience at this location. Victor is the best pharmacist. Very caring and concerned. A employees are courteous. Store is clean and there is a pleasant atmosphere.

Discovered today that my new health insurance doesn't cover CVS, and I'm definitely unhappy. Personnel at this pharmacy have been routinely pleasant, cheerful, and efficient. They went out of their way to learn my name and greet me by it at every visit. The pharmacist is friendly and helpful. A breath of fresh air after two other pharmacies I had utilized in Keller—highly recommended, and I'll miss it!

Probably the best CVS I've been to. Mainly use the pharmacy. Quick checkout and the pharmacist are helpful and willing to answer any questions.
